Vieil hôtel sans ascenseur, grande chambre en apparence propre mais où j’ai découvert des traces de « caca » sur une serviette, à l’évidence non lavée ou non changée. Enfin, on vous demande de donner une heure précise pour le petit déjeuner alors que c’est un buffet, et certains clients ont droit à la visite d’un serveur venu proposé des plats supplémentaires, mais pas tous les clients…

Room was tired and shabby, needs updating, and some TLC. Paid for executive room but not sure thats what we got. Food was ok. Hotel is 3* so was always going to be average anyway.

Fine for a night or two. Small room but you get what you pay for. Very close to train station with 3 stops to central Glasgow. Overall good choice

No hot water in bathroom, tried running the tap for a while. Phoned reception who had to run the hit in another room to get the water to flow to my bathroom and when it eventually started to run the water was full of brown sludge. I asked for the bath and sink to be cleaned and for clean towels after the staff member cleaned his hands on my towels. No one came back to clean the bathroom and was left to clean the brown sludge myself. Had to complain in the morning checking out for the woman not to give even an apology for it.

This hotel surprised me by being very good value for money and the staff were excellent. Food was also of a good standard.

Great staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast, taste and presentation. Public areas very nice. Room was ok but the bed was not comfortable, it only had one bedside table and it was not possible to close the bathroom door unless you are inside,(no external door handle). There was also no reliable WiFi either in the room or public areas which made it impossible to work online. These elements are a détraction from how good this place could be.

Good stay, room okay and overall hotel facilities met my needs.

Must be my favourite hotel in this category around Glasgow. Always an enjoyable stay, Rooms, Staff and food are best in class, and I look forward to my next stay. Great work….
