It was good service pretty clean and friendly. Not in a bad location

Terrible checkin auto system and staff required 4 attemtps. Staff blazing personal music in ear didn't realise they were staff. Smoke smell in room didn't go or get alternative room. 2330hrs wake by staff. No phone call back from manager. Sign saying about thefts from vehicles!!

The room was comfortable with all that we required. Was clean to a good standard & staff we very helpful. Had a wonderful stay. And I enjoyed partaking in a fund raising event from the staff. Tombola raising money for Great Ormand Street Hospital. Made my stay most enjoyable and special thanks to Pamela. Would 100 percent stay there again.

Stayed here for our recent Legoland trip. Very impressed for what we paid. All the accommodation and communal areas are clean and tidy. Staff are polite too. Family room perhaps on the small side but we were only in when it was bedtime anyway. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Oh and if you’re using an EV. Across the road in Wickes there are rapid chargers. Icing on the cake. Thanks for a comfortable stay

Efficiently run hotel. Helpful friendly staff. Decent restaurant and coffee bar next door. Super comfy beds. No dedicated parking but free parking in the precinct car park so was convenient. Definitely will book Premier Inns again

We were down for a birthday and this was cheaper than travel lodge. We have stayed her before and it is always good value for the area. Nice and clean, staff are friendly and the room are always good.

There was sufficient parking space just few seconds walking distance from the main reception, checking-in was quick and straightforward, the room was really lovely. Would love to spend another night sometime again.

The usual very good standard for Premier Inn and fine for our group's one-night stay. However, I'd like to add to all the thanks to the staff and especially Lucy on Reception. I managed to lose my credit card, despite searching the room and bags. Some time after checking out and leaving I took a call from Lucy saying someone had found the card in the car park and had handed it in. She'd taken time to track through all the recent guest records with my name, retrieve my details and then phone me. She then kindly sent the card back to me, so just superb customer service all round. Thank you Lucy - you are a star!

This hotel is very conveniently located and the staff are friendly and really helpful. Lucy went above and beyond when she returned some things we'd left in the room by mistake, which we are really grateful for. We've stayed there twice now and it's very clean and comfortable too.
