米爾福德萬豪SpringHill酒店(SpringHill Suites Milford)

First of all the late check out advertised which made me book the place was a lie. They gave us a wrong room stating it was the only room available The sheets had stains and when asked, the cleaner said our room was not on her list to clean until the next day. Our private moment was interrupted around 10:35am to check out because housekeeping wasn't told we were checking out at noon We went out around 11:03am to put out stuff in the car came back for the rest or stuff and the key was deactivated When reported to the receptionist, I was told our arrangements were with a third party and not the hotel directly Overall experience was terrible Will not recommend

Very professional and friendly staff. I thought this was a better deal then being in Bridgeport or Hartford. Saves some money, and theres a restaurant about 1 mile away that serves great food. Sorry i forgot the name.

One of the TV’s wasn’t working properly, the shampoo and conditioner were out in our bathroom and we could only get two more towels for our family. The breakfast was great though and the room was spacious.

The staff was very nice to upgrade my room when he noticed it is available. The hotel is pretty , clean and has good breakfast!
