Holiday Inn Express 伍德蘭德(Holiday Inn Express Woodland)

Motel is clean, front desk person was attentive amd nice. Motel is nice. My low ratings come from the fact the the roadboise from the interstate is UNBEARABLE. Rooms we clean and bedding was nice. The mattresses on the otherhand are ROCK HARD, there is not much difference between them and sleeping on the floor

Booked a party of 4. The room was setup for only 2. We had to request bedding for the sleeper couch and there was only 2 towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was said to go through 9:30. We arrived at 8:50 and the scrambled eggs and omelettes where gone. And not replaced after asking for them. We booked for the good breakfast. Won’t book again.

The parking lot was completely full at 10pm. The only parking available was across a dark street. I’m a woman traveling alone and I was very uncomfortable unloading my car in those circumstances and being unfamiliar with the area, I was equally uncomfortable leaving my car there. On the other hand, there were three pre-teens running up and down the hallway making quite a ruckus, when I shared that with the staff, they handled it immediately and professionally.

Late arrival into SAC airport and it was late when we made it to the hotel. Staff was welcoming, check-in was a breeze and the room was clean, well stocked with comfy bed. We will stay there again next time we fly in and out of SAC

Check in was easy. The guy who checked us in was helpful. Only down side was the pool was ice cold so my kid didn’t swim for very long. He was looking forward to that part I figured since it was an indoor pool it would be warmer

I have never given a bad review since I don’t want to be that wet bag, but my experience last night with the Holiday Inn express in Woodland Ca was horrific. we arrived at 11:30 and left just before 1pm with an unsuccessful check-inn. I am a Holiday Inn express club member who stayed 50 plus nights over the past few years at the Rancho Cordova location with great experience. While I was waiting for them to try and sort out my reservation, 3 more guests came in and experienced difficulty. An elderly lady was also waiting for over an hour. I eventually left at 1pm at left my info for someone to call me today. I haven’t received any call from Holiday Inn express yet.

Friendly staff. Clean quiet room. Wake up call didn't work but desk called about 5 to 10 minutes later so was ok.

I always stay here when I have business in Sacramento. Very clean, great service, and conveniently located.

The outside of the property was clean and well maintained. The rooms "looked" clean. However there was a strong smell that I couldn't decide where it came from. It was either the AC unit or the carpet. The toilet had to be flushed multiple times in order for waste to go...this creates an unnecessary waste of water. The beds are low and mattress was not comfortable.
