很乾凈的酒店來過很多次了

Considering that there is very little to do within walking distance from the hotel and that most travelers probably only stay there because of its relatively close proximity to the airport, front desk staff should be at least somewhat apologetic that this Hampton Inn & Suites is not currently offering airport shuttle service, especially when that is one of its main draws. Furthermore, they do not offer any compensation to their customers who will then pay around $25.00 or more to find their own transportation to or from the airport.

We were supposed to have a king They couldn’t find my reservation then they finally did and they could only give us a Queen , no adjustment to my costs. Then they gave us a room that was under construction. And I had to call back to the desk to get another room. Disappointing to say the least The breakfast was cold and the floors were sticky Just disgusting and disappointing

The breakfast here was delicious. Being next to the freeway made it a little bit noisy. The area is great for for food. Walmart, Target and Costco are very close by.

It's close to the freeway. Staff is friendly and the beds are so comfy I plan on staying again just to get some good rest.

Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The pool was well kept. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. You couldn’t possibly ask for a better hotel at this price point. It’s easily the best hotel that I’ve stayed at in the Sacramento area, and I’ve been to quite a few before.

Well-located with larger rooms and accommodates pets. Only complaint was no sleep timer on the TV but otherwise on the better end of what you’d expect at this price point.

I paid $150 on ******* for a "pet friendly" room, only to be charged $75 extra for a pet fee after my stay. ******* lists Hampton Inn's pet fee at $50 a night, and would have you believe it's included in the price you pay, but that is not so. I will be asking for a partial refund.
