De l'extérieur tout va bien. La chambre et la piscine correcte. Par contre, le petit-déjeuner le 1er jour il n'y avait plus rien quand on est arrivés. Il a fallu qu'on aille réclamer du café, du lait, des cuillères (qu'ils navaient plus), des yaourts... La personne à l'accueil m'a repondu que cetait par decision du manager qu'il n'y avait pas de pain, oeufs, saucisse, pomme de terre mais que des petits muffins, des céréales et l'appareil à gauffres. Les jus de fruits n'étaient pas top non plus, quasiment que de l'eau (comparé à l'hôtel de la même chaîne qu'on avait fait la veille). Les photos du petit-déjeuner sur le site sont donc fausses....

Muy buena área y tranquilidad

The staff was very friendly at check in/check out. The room was clean and I felt safe at the property. The room was outdated and the bed was rock hard, which isn’t my preference. Can’t beat it for the price.

Two things. In the photos there is clearly a hot tub but there is not one here. Also all our toiletry items like shampoo conditioner and lotion was previously used and half full.

Awful - accidentally booked a smoking room and refused to switch it or give money back. Room stank, had rodent feces, roaches, and bathroom and sheets were dirty. We left.

I was given a smoking room and did not know how that was the case since I'm allergic to cigarettes smoke. I never pay for smoking rooms since I don't smoke. I had to pay to change the room, which is ridiculous. Also, there was not a single charging station near the hotel or at the hotel.

If your goal is to get a good nights sleep this is NOT your hotel. In addition, our room was in disrepair. The ceiling had an obvious old water leak, the walls has what appeared to have an old liquid which was sprayed on the wall, the tiles on the bathroom floor were loose, and the walls are so thin we could hear our neighbor snoring all night. If you want to sleep past 4:30 AM forget it—either the trash truck, leaf blower, or traffic won’t let you.

I was booked for a smoking room. I’ve used you before and NEVER got a smoking room. I had to PAY $50 per night for them to change to nonsmoking. Occupants next door to my room kept up partying noise ALL Saturday night. Ridiculous!!!!

I didn’t realize they had smoking rooms because it was in California. I booked a smoking room by mistake and they if we wanted to switch to a nonsmoking room it would cost us an additional $50.00.
