Don’t be fooled by the pictures.. drove all day and was tired. Stopped and the customer service was rude. Oh well I just needed to rest open the door and it was like someone had smoked for a year in the room. Ended up sleeping in car after 2 hours

The housekeeping crew at this property are amazing. The front desk staff guy on the other hand is very very unpleasant to deal with. He doesn't look like he appreciates any business or his housekeeping crew. If you end up staying here just be aware.

Room was great, fridge, microwave, full bath, comfy bed, quilt, pillows, tv. even a sofa and a great heater (it was November). It was very nice staying here after a long drive.

This is a dive hotel.......all furnishings 40 year old hotel surplus. The couch in our room must have been a throw away..........

room is clean and spacious. the toilet though got clogged on 2nd use. The staff is not friendly on check in.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is so clean and beds are comfortable.
Location is great with plenty of food choices and things to do nearby.
I will definitely visit this hotel again.

I had some car problems that required me to stay at the Journey Inn unexpectedly. I was very pleased with the management and the room itself was cute, decorated with pictures of Wodland and large enough to have a little seating area and a fridge. I appreciated the stay.
