舒適酒店(Comfort Inn White River Junction)

It wouldn't be too bad if they would enforce their quiet hours instead of letting the out-of-stators slam their doors and yell at the top of their lungs and have their kids run up and down the hallway until 2:00 to 3:00 in the morning

This Comfort in was very nice and close to many of the places I was visiting. The beds were clean and comfortable, the rooms were a good size, the bathrooms were well stocked with towels, soap, etc. The continental breakfast had various options as well. It was a great place to stay and I would return in the future. Also, the front desk staff were kind and courteous.

This hotel was barely passable. There was a used washcloth left in the shower and the room just smelled unclean. It didn’t look obviously dirty but something about the odor just screamed “filth.” I also killed a spider crawling up a wall. There’s never just one. Had to make sure and check everyone to make sure no one was bitten in the night. Pests get in, not necessarily the hotel’s fault. Just not a good sign. Also, the temperature control panel was broken so some of the wiring was exposed and the walls were paper-thin. Some folks were in town for a reunion or conference (it was a busy weekend) and enjoying conversation in the hallway - at least sounded like they were in the halls— and I could hear everything they were saying. They didn’t even seem to be speaking in elevated tones, the walls are just really thin. It was a little too much to spend for what you get. The staff were very friendly and it’s really convenient to the interstate and for where we needed to be. Just seems that corporate needs to invest in the property.

Wednesday at a couple of times and it's never a bad day could always be better like when you're in the back rooms the trash truck comes at say 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning and it's really loud wakes you up other than that the front desk is always friendly and they don't bother you

The motel was very convenient to where we were going. However, it needs work and a lot of it. Outlets and switches are old and dirty some have busted safety plates. Bathrooms - a lot of wasted space, they used cheap wall paper instead of tile and have tried to glue it back on. The dining area for breakfast they had replaced the floors but did nothing about the mop board. There is a huge gap, how unsightly and poor workmanship. Speaking of breakfast it was included which is a plus. The selection was ok however we stayed 3 nights and 2 of the breakfast featured the same powered eggs, it was not until the last day they had omelets which were pretty good. We tried the waffles and was pleased they had no sugar syrup. The one thing that really bothered me was of all the channels on TV, they blocked Fox News. It was clearly labeled as a station they had , but they blocked it. When I asked about it, we did not get towels for the next day and I had to ask the front desk. This area should be a great place to have a good motel, and I cannot believe they are not making good money on. We may be coming back again for business, but we may stay a little further away at a different chain

Gross! I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. The staff was fine, but the linens, overall cleanliness and upkeep of the building was horrendous for the price! I paid over $200 a night and I was terrified over how ratty the carpeting looked and worried I would wake up with bed bugs! The bedside table had a broken and hanging off pull. It was just sooo shabby for the price!! I paid only $50 more per night for the Westin in Boston!!! Crazy! This Comfort Inn is in the middle of nowhere! Absolutely insane to pay premium pricing for a rundown property when you can go to a better property within a couple miles of this place! Comfort Inn is like The Motel 6 of the modern day!

Absolutely no Wi-Fi. When raising this to the front desk they took NO!! responsibility and blamed the IT company that provides the WI-FI access and told us to call them and give them hell. It was ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!

We’ve been traveling across North America for 3 months, staying in different hotels every night..and not only was this the most expensive place we’ve encountered, but also the least bang for your buck. Last week we stayed at Cabana Bay resort in universal studios Orlando for less money. Nothing about our stay was necessarily “bad”…but it was definitely run down. The lobby was a mess, the fitness center was disastrous..used towels all over the floors and machines, all of the weights were missing, the pool was closed..the bathroom doors were falling apart, the elevator buttons didn’t work, etc. etc. I’m not writing this to complain, I’m just giving an honest review. Anywhere else in the country I wouldn’t pay more than $70 for this hotel. The fact that we paid almost 4x that is absurd.

For $199 a night, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a clean room, clean towels and WiFi that works. This Comfort Inn had none of those things. Try to avoid here unless you’re absolutely desperate.
