弗羅茨瓦夫麗笙酒店(Radisson Blu Hotel, Wroclaw)

Völlig überlaufen, stundenlang anstehen an der Rezeption, Zimmer erst abends verfügbar ,keine Parkplätze im Parkhaus für Gäste verfügbar ( wird als öffentliches Parkhaus genutzt ). Also wer zur Weihnachtszeit hier übernachten möchte sollte sich ein ruhigeres Hotel suchen. 30€ mehr lohnt sich auf alle Fälle. Leider Massenabfertigung . Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und das Personal versucht bestimmt ihr bestes. Ps. Wer auf Trip.com bucht sollte darauf achten das die Buchungenseinstellungen sich beim Buchungsvorgang nicht ändert. Der Preis ändert sich und man steht ohne Frühstück da. Nach zweimaligem Versuch hatten wir uns entschlossen Frühstück vor Ort zu buchen, Preis war noch akzeptabel.

I was highly disappointed with this hotel. The staff seems disinterested, providing no five-star service whatsoever. There's a lack of attention, no inquiries about guest satisfaction, and no assistance with luggage. The room furniture is outdated, with battered cabinets and torn beddings. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in our room, and the replacement came without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. The location is also subpar, particularly in the evening when walking to the city center means navigating through a sketchy neighborhood with inebriated individuals. I recommend looking for a different hotel; this one falls far short of a satisfactory three-star experience.

В центре, очень хороший променад вдоль реки в самом отеле неплохой ресторан и бар, ели сами и советуем другим. Еда вкусная. Персонал отличный и посоветуют и подскажут. Завтраки и шведский стол и карта, тоже пробовали и то и другое- выбор большой и на разные вкусы В общем берите- не пожалеете

Absolute Katastrophe insgesamt. Die Zimmer, vor allem das Badezimmer sind seit Wochen nicht richtig gereinigt worden. Die Toilette wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt, auf den Lampen war der Dreck schon festgeklebt und sobald ich mich ins Bett gelegt hatte, fing es überall an zu jucken und es hat sich angefühlt, als wenn mich etwas gestochen hätte. Am nächsten Tag hatte ich einige rote Punkte am Unterarm. Bademäntel waren auch nicht im Zimmer und mussten extra nachfragen. Unsere Bekannten im Nebenzimmer hatten welche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war von der Auswahl ok, aber definitiv nicht 5 Sterne. Es gab nicht mal French Toast. Ich war schon in sehr vielen 5 Sterne Hotels und dies hier war das schrecklichste. Am Samstag war bis spät in die Nacht eine Party, die man bis in den 3ten Stock hören konnte. Das Personal hat versucht, auf die Gästewünsche einzugehen, was aber nicht immer gelang. Es wurde auch ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten gebucht, aber es war ein Doppelbett. Die Angestellten haben sich entschuldigt und wollten die Betten auseinander stellen, was aber nie geschah.

Mi è piaciuto la cura con cui mi hanno informato dei servizi aggiuntivi prima dell'arrivo, potendo così prenotare il parcheggio on-line (Parcheggio che si è rivelato molto comodo). Molto gentili alla reception, la camera ampia e comoda. Non mi è piaciuto dover aspettare e ricordare alla reception che dopo cinque ore dal mio arrivo il terzo letto e i servizi da toeletta per la terza persona non erano ancora stati sistemati

Hotel ligt op een perfecte locatie, alles ligt op loopafstand. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie , de kamers zijn ok. Het ontbijt (a la carte) is smaakvol. De badkamer is wel wat gedateerd en kan een renovatie gebruiken. De bedden hadden ook beter gemogen.

Entrance looks nice and it was promising. Location is great. Staff are really polite and gave us lemon when asked. Rooms are outdated. There is kettle( but cheap) so it’s nice to be able to drink hot drink. This is definitely not 5 stars hotel. Bed is extremely uncomfortable and bedding a are super bad quality. I have no idea where do you get those pillows from. I was not able to sleep and I am waiting right now to check out asap. I am exhausted after stay here. I think this is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Looks promising but things in the rooms are extremely cheap quality. I asked for other pillows but there were non. Sauna area is disappointing and it’s not warm and you need to ask Reception to turn it on. Lift smells cigarettes. When I took bath some black dirt came out from certain parts of the bathtub but overall it’s clean. I’m very glad we are staying here only one night as we were wondering to book this hotel for Christmas but went to other and wanted to check this for one night only. It’s not my type of place and will not return.

Great place, staff is excellent and very professional. I enjoy my stay while I’m there! The location is great, the rooms are nice and I have a better experience each time I go there. If there is a special request, ask for it and you will get it!

숙박 시설, 서비스는 매우 만족스러우나 조식 부분이 다소 미흡한 것으로 보임
