Völlig überlaufen, stundenlang anstehen an der Rezeption, Zimmer erst abends verfügbar ,keine Parkplätze im Parkhaus für Gäste verfügbar ( wird als öffentliches Parkhaus genutzt ). Also wer zur Weihnachtszeit hier übernachten möchte sollte sich ein ruhigeres Hotel suchen. 30€ mehr lohnt sich auf alle Fälle. Leider Massenabfertigung . Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und das Personal versucht bestimmt ihr bestes. Ps. Wer auf Trip.com bucht sollte darauf achten das die Buchungenseinstellungen sich beim Buchungsvorgang nicht ändert. Der Preis ändert sich und man steht ohne Frühstück da. Nach zweimaligem Versuch hatten wir uns entschlossen Frühstück vor Ort zu buchen, Preis war noch akzeptabel.

I stayed at this hotel during a trip to the Chris**as Market in December. The Chris**as Market was excellent and exceeded expectations. The fact that it was only a 10 or 15 minute walk from the hotel was also a bonus. The Raddison Blu is ideally located for getting out and about in Wroclaw. An Uber from the airport was 50 PLN so I would definitely recommend that to visitors looking for a hassle free trip following their flight.

I was highly disappointed with this hotel. The staff seems disinterested, providing no five-star service whatsoever. There's a lack of attention, no inquiries about guest satisfaction, and no assistance with luggage. The room furniture is outdated, with battered cabinets and torn beddings. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in our room, and the replacement came without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. The location is also subpar, particularly in the evening when walking to the city center means navigating through a sketchy neighborhood with inebriated individuals. I recommend looking for a different hotel; this one falls far short of a satisfactory three-star experience.

Bart is a wonderful host in this little gem! Pizzas to die for and huge to boot! All of our food was amazing and we were given exceptional service by this very nice young man. Staying in the Radisson this weekend so will definitely return here! Many thanks

Poland is just the most amazing country been there for two Birthdays this year and I love it.This Hotel was so good. It was for my Sisters Birthday and we all stayed in the same hotel as it is so close to the city and most importantly the Beer Houses we wanted to go to we will be there again soon 🍺🍺🍺

В центре, очень хороший променад вдоль реки в самом отеле неплохой ресторан и бар, ели сами и советуем другим. Еда вкусная. Персонал отличный и посоветуют и подскажут. Завтраки и шведский стол и карта, тоже пробовали и то и другое- выбор большой и на разные вкусы В общем берите- не пожалеете

Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. We asked for an extra bed as we were travelliwith a child. Clean, modern and a high standard 4 star hotel. Trams near by. It is about a 15 min walk from the old town but the walk is pleasant and felt safe at night. Highly recommend

We are currently here and spent 1 night out of 3. Yesterday when we checked in and got to our room we noticed that there is coffee capsule machine but only 1 capsule and cream to use. Also there should be a minibar (the sign on the cupboard sais so), but it is emty and has only glasses. I don't know if i would use the minibar but just interesting that you have the sign, but nothing in it. So i went to reception and asked them if it would be possible to bring more capsules and cream. Thay said they would send someone. We went for a walk and after few hours when we came back, we noticed that this someone they sent to our room, has filled us with additional coffe cream, but not coffee capsules. So now we had 2 coffee creams and still 1 capsule. I went to reception again and asked again. Then in a little while they finally brought some capsules to us. There is a armchair i our room and it is so terribly dirty that i would not even put my dirty socks on it. In the bathroom there is a scale.... And in the morning my husband discovered, it shows Lo - the battery is emty. The overall, room looks outdated. So. This should be 5 stars hotel, but... Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.
