Very disappointing. I travel a lot to this area and rather than stay at the same place I usually do, I tried the Fairfield in Broomall. It is a fairly new hotel, but the overall size of the hotel was much smaller than I anticipated. The two things that really disappointed me were the size of the room (one of the smallest rooms I ever stayed in) and their advertised free breakfast each morning. I stayed 10 days. During the week they put out breakfast sandwiches and that is about it. On the weekends when it is busier, they put out scrambled eggs and sausage and not much more. Two days ago on a Sunday, I went to have breakfast at 8:30 and they had no eggs, orange juice, etc left. So if you are looking for a place that provides a "real" breakfast you do not want to stay here.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Was pleasantly greeted by front desk staff. Check in was quick and easy, I felt really welcomed. Room was clean, bed was good, the pillows could’ve been a little better as they were a bit lumpy. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Loved the size of the TV. And the Netflix app was available on the tv which was nice. We just signed into our account and watched our shows and some movies……..perfect. It was minimal noise and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Oh and the free breakfast in the morning is always a plus! We will definitely stay here again.

It was fine. The hotel was quiet. The beds sunk in the middle. No one was thrilled with the pillows. The elevators had the same debris on the floor the 3 days we were there. not a lot of options for breakfast.

The hotel is very quiet, clean and the staff are warm and friendly. It will be my first choice hotel next time.

Visit to Fairfield was great. Staff was excellent Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Location of Hotel was great and I will definitely be back

The property was very clean and the staff was very inviting and professional. It was a pleasure staying there.

Aaron was so helpful when i realized i booked the wrong date. He honored us the same booking price. We stayed here last year while visiting family in Havertown. Its very convenient and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. While we didn't use the breakfast offering it was stocked well and clean. Thank you for making our visit so awesome. We will be back.🙂

Very nice hotel, I enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks. The only drawback was that the restaurant was not open on the weekends.
