奧多比度假村(Adobe Resort)

호텔은 다소 오래된듯하나, 수영장 피트니스 세탁실 등 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있고 태평양 바로 옆에 위치하여 전망 최고. 객실도 매우 넓고, 직원들도 친철.

I loved the room, the bedt partt that stood out to me, was the towel art placed for us on the edge of the tub.

I have never had so much good and bad to say about one place. Workout facility and poo were excellent. Restaurant has best view ever. Room was beautifully remodeled but missing furnishings. Two beat up leather chairs and table with chairs in living room made it feel like a waiting room. Most disappointed that the room was misrepresented as a Mountain View when it looked out on a Walmart style parking lot. Unfortunately it appears that every non ocean facing room is stuck with this view. Our room had two windows facing north and the mountain was to the east. Also the place is undergoing major reconstruction which would have been nice to mention somewhere.

Check in person was excellent. When making reservation I was informed after confirming they were renovating and wouldn't have some services available. Construction crew had debris and materials at resort entrance, dirty interior areas due to construction, not very well marked directions for check-in. Exterior door held open by a brick when normally accessed with key card. Furniture left in entrance area in the rain; due to the look furniture in our room it seems likely this is how it was also handled. Our room had yellow stained toilet lid. The bathroom faucet shot water directly at me and wet my clothing. Seemingly new carpet had ridges in it likely due to poor installation and was a trip hazard. Bathroom door was severely mottled on the bottom third as if water damaged. There was an extra floor lamp in the room for no apparent reason. Toilet paper holder was poorly installed and the roll would fall off when used; loose on the wall. It seemed the room had recently been painted but had several scuff marks and some trim areas did not appear to be painted, poorly done. The renovation crew seemed to be managed poorly due to staff lingering in the parking lot, trash scattered and not attended to, poor quality of work. Will not stay there again.

Property is under construction. Limited dining, limited food. No lounge. No hot tub, no sauna. The room I paid for was a room with ocean view. I received a limited view room. Also, the room has ants problem in the kitchen. Plus, very limited lighting in the room. If I knew all this was going on. I would have canceled. It’s not worth the money. I paid over $300 for a poor condition

This is not a resort, just a run down hotel that has not been kept up. Was not worth $297.98. Upon check in found fireplace not working (maintenance did repair); toilet seat was loose and fell off; blood was found in toilet seating area. Day of checkout only elevator was not working requiring me to carry down our bags three flights of stairs.

I give them 5 stars despite the awkwardness of it being under construction. The stack of mattresses out front and the limited restaurant and closed bar let me know that they were at least putting money into keeping it up, which you need to do if you own the Adobe. I don't know how the nails, wood, paint, and shingles regularly resist the kind of winter weather I saw it get pounded with while I was there. The room was clean and free of strange smells. The mattress was comfortable, and the view of the crashing surf was nice. What really impressed me, though, and is something I meant but forgot to tell the front desk at check-out, was the water quality in the pool area. From someone who is in a related profession, bravo! Excellent, clear, clean, odor-free pools, very inviting and enjoyable for us all. You know what you are doing and it shows. Thank you.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well cared for, comfortable. Elevator worked most of the time. Restaurant had limited hours. Remodeling caused some access inconvenience and area clutter, but did not affect our overall experience.
