We absolutely loved our stay at The Surf. The property is beautiful, the upstairs areas are fantastic, and our room was excellent. We stayed for 2 nights and wished we had of stayed longer. Everything in our room was such high end - even the shampoo smelt devine. The service was brilliant and Garry was a delight to talk to. Would absolutely stay here again.

It was a perfect couple of days in Yamba, The town is great, and enhanced by staying at the Surf. Room was stunning, very modern, and cannot be faulted in anyway. We used the pool on the roof top, and enjoyed lounging in the sundeck area. As an added bonus, we were able to use the Hotels beach chairs and body boards to walk down to the beach. Garry was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would def stay here again. Thanks

Well what can I say about this hotel..? Overlooking the Yamba beachfront, Dolphins swimming in the sea as you look on from the upper balcony and all from a beautifully appointed and decorated stylish hotel.. Have a look at the website as the hotel Rooms look exactly as you see them on the website. Furnished “on point” and extras like free refreshments upstairs aswell in your room, ice machine, free laundry facilities, surfboards and parking. We only stayed one night as our itinerary was tight but we didn’t want to leave… I didn’t take the best pics but have a look at the website 👍

Really a great place to stay - gorgeous rooms overlooking the sea - so clean!! Rooftop pool and sun lounges - quiet - car parking - nothing to fault. Friendly, cross the road to the ramp to the beach with a great kiosk for breakfast when it’s open

Wow! The Surf Yamba was the perfect place for us to spend our anniversary weekend. This beautifully decorated boutique hotel impresses from the minute you enter. Every little detail has been thought of and makes you feel very spoilt. We stayed in the Main Beach room that overlooks the beach and has a wrap around deck to enjoy the view. The room was stylishly decorated and impressive. The rooftop pool was the perfect space to relax and unwind with our morning coffee and pizza and cocktails in the afternoon. The Breakwater room is also an amazing space to sit and unwind, enjoying complimentary tea and coffee, biscuits and fruit. The friendly host Garry made us feel extremely welcome and offered local knowledge and restaurant recommendations. We cannot wait to come back!

The rooms are beautifully renovated and decorated. Beware when booking as there are only 4 rooms with views, the rest look out to a building. Best to book directly as the websites have tiny writing stating seaview. There is a lovely shared rooftop that has a small plunge pool with seaviews and a 2nd deck with a coffee bar and snacks provided. Minibar is included. Worth the price only if u get a sea view room.

Loved this place and the location! We stayed here overnight on a trip up the coast. The room was spacious and clean with an outside balcony and great view of the ocean. Great amenities with the stocked refrigerator in the room and pool and coffee bar on the roof. Yamba is fantastic - would love to come back again one day.

Yamba is one of the most wonderful places I have ever been on holidays. It has a great climate, laid back a**osphere, lots of beaches to choose from , nice little town with some cool restaurants and cafes, a pub with a spectacular view , and a distinct absence of posers. And the best place to stay in Yamba is the Yamba Surf. The location is priceless and if you can’t get a room with a view ( do if you can) there are two different rooftop areas with stunning views. we could not find one negative thing to say about this place and will definately be back .

The rooftop pool and recreation area are great. On Sunday at 5pm we left a message on the managers number as we had a very noisy rattling and loose window panel made worse by the wind gusts. Unfortunately we never heard back so we had to make do by packing the frame with cardboard to stop the noise. When we checked out at 10am Tuesday the manager was nowhere to be seen so we couldn’t discuss the issue.
