Прекрасное расположение, уровень сервиса и услуг на высоком уровне , персонал отзывчивый, ресторан при отеле тоже шикарный , безумно вкусная еда, классная музыка , обслуживание топ !!! Оооооочень Внимательный персонал 👌👍🙌 С удовольствием вернусь сюда !!!! Рекомендую с двумя руками 🙌

在埃裏温出差呆了2晚,住在民族飯店,這是一家新開的酒店,離共和國廣場很近。酒店本身很好,內設也不錯,但是服務必須需要一點改進,雖然所有的員工都準備提供幫助和歡迎。自助早餐很好,但是一些還是需要更好的:例如食物的介紹,一些設備像是烤麪包的烤箱。

Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commitment to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Much appreciated Sophia.

I want to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Hotel National during my trip with Air Arabia Holidays (Trip Reference: AAH008XG29Q). While the hotel was advertised as a five-star establishment, my experience did not align with the expected standards. Upon reaching the room, we were surprised to find that there was no balcony, despite the initial indication that our room would be upgraded. Despite our request for an upgraded room, the reception claimed there were no alternatives available, contradicting prior assurances. Additionally, when requesting cab support, the hotel consistently booked higher-rated business class cabs without considering our preference for economy options. Even the quality of the business class cabs did not meet expectations. Communication posed a significant challenge, especially when interacting in English. This was evident during breakfast when a request to warm food resulted in a spicy soup, ruining the meal. The hotel lacked vegetarian breakfast options, and on New Year's Eve, we were denied a table despite being guests at the hotel. Housekeeping issues included inconsistent provision of bathrobes, with only one available after room cleaning. The limited availability of green tea sachets further detracted from the overall experience. Despite being marketed as a five-star establishment, Hotel National felt more like a three-star hotel. It's essential to acknowledge the positive service provided by the bellboy. However, the overall experience falls short of the promised five-star standard. Из за отмены рейса армянских авиалиний прибыли в отель потеряв почти 2 дня из оплаченных трех дней. На месте обратились к руководству для продления хотя бы на один день, отказали, при том, что отель явно полупустой. Может всё-таки передумают?

1. Initially I was put in a room where it was impossible to take a shower as there was no curtain in the bathroom - water was all over the bathroom. The room was changed after my request. 2. There was only one treadmill in the fitness center and it was not working (later it was fixed, but one workout session was gone). 3. The water was turned off (!) at the hotel. A note (slipped under the door 1 day before) said that the water would be turned off at 21.00 for 5-6 hours. 4. I came after training and at 20.50 and could not take a shower, as water already was turned off (earlier, than it was said in notice). 5. On my question to the administrator "how can I at least use a toilet?" I received the answer "I don't know". 6. The next morning the problem was still not fixed: there was no hot water, cold water was flowing rust-colored. 7. I had a flight out of the airport in the morning, so I checked out without showering after my evening workout :(

Не 5 звезд! Потрепанная четверка. Доверия к гостям нет, как и уважения. Не в первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, еще год назад все было неплохо, но все меняется не в лучшую сторону, кроме ресторана на первом этаже, и ресторан и персонал ресторана очень хорош! Уборка в отеле по запросу, стикер не двери номера с просьбой убрать сейчас игнорируют, придут когда им захочется или в то время, когда вы будете отдыхать. Мини-бар пополняют по запросу, не с первого раза. Попросил гладильную доску и утюг, принесли грязную и рваную доску и утюг с помойки наверное, после чуть ли не скандала принесли нормальные. В общем впечатления плохие, за 25000 рб в сутки можно найти получше.
