庫格塔瑪拉酒店(The Tamara Coorg)

Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir zuerst etwas enttäuscht, da das Personal an der Rezeption nicht besonders freundlich war. Nach einer kleinen Diskussion wurde dann unserem Guide, der ein eigenes großes Reisbüro in Jaipur hat, erlaubt sich das Zimmer anzusehen. Alles was danach kam war wunderbar! Das herrliche Zwitschern der Vögel am Morgen. Die Aussicht über den Dschungel. Das hübsche Häuschen auf Stelzen gebaut, mit allem Komfort. Der Buggy Fahrservice in der gesamten Anlage hat super geklappt. Das mit viel Geschmack eingerichtete Restaurant mit hervorragender Küche, auch Continantal Food mit den sehr freundlichen Kellnern. Der kostenlose Villagewalk war sehr informativ und *** bekam Einblicke in Flora und Fauna. Ein wunderbares Resort das wir nur empfehlen können! Vielleicht könnte *** noch das Angebot für die Fahrer überdenken. Die extra Kosten für Unterkunft und Essen sind nicht angebracht.

Tamara is just like the wow. We found the place to be extremely peaceful with a beautiful view from the balcony and above average food. Also had some fun shopping for souvenir at Veren*** and testing my super bad archery skills in the games room. Wish I had borrowed some books to read. Amazing folks who were extremely hospitable with a special mention to the ever smiling and pleasant Har****a at the front desk.

One of the best place we have been ever, been ti ***y good hotels and resorts , but the hospitality here was next level , you name it ans that depar**ent and that person was always ready to serve you , there is always a yes sir Still the best part was water they are serving you , they’re have a separate bottling plant , and we felt it , water we were drinking was super , we could really feel it Also breakfast was amazing, cant expect anything more then what they are serving , you will be full but want to have more , we would really miss that part Over all one of the best property to be when in Coorg

I have had the pleasure to stay in this facility for 3 days. I booked it because it was close to my place of interest, because it had good reviews and because the pictures looked pretty. Little did I know how much I underestimated this resort! The combination of tranquility, breathtaking views from your "room", the omnipresent luxury, selection of superb activities, the cuisine, the actual living forest all around you and overall hospitality and service simply cannot be described by words. One must experience it first-hand to fully appreciate this gem of a property. This property is situated literally inside a functioning coffee plantation, where you can explore the coffee making process from blossom to brewing (and roast / grind coffee beans yourself!). That is only one of the few exceptional activities offered, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The plantation is huge, and so is the resort itself. So of course they drive you with a buggy, whenever you are not in a mood for a little walk. Your "room" is actually a cottage, suspended above tree foliage, with a sense of complete privacy, even though a next cottage is nearby. The view has depth which can only be experienced by the seashore, or at high altitude. The connection to nature is taken very seriously here, and can also be felt intensely everywhere - whether you are relaxing on the terrace of your cottage, or walking to the pool and spa, or just having dinner. Talking about dining. The selection and variety of meals is astonishing, and so is the flavor. The whole dining experience is wonderful - the taste, the drinks & cocktails, the fact that you are actually dining above the waterfall, prompt and kind service offered by every staff member (waiters and ***agers alike). I would especially like to spotlight Mr.Bishu, who was serving us for the duration of our stay. He was always professional, very kind, attentive to all our needs, and so polite. I would also like to spotlight chef Mr.Sanjaya and his whole team, who worked so hard to make our stay as pleasant and tasty as possible. We even had the pleasure to participate in a 'chocolate moulding' activity, where Mr.Sanjaya guided us through the whole process with kindness, genuine interest and professional tips and advice. Very much appreciated, we had so much fun! And those delicious handmade sweets which we created by our own hands were only icing on the cake. We also had a massage. Let me just say, it was not your ordinary massage. Sitting in the chair in fresh air, facing the forest and flowers, and listening to chirping birds was extraordinary. And of course it was complemented with gentle music, smell of aromatic oils and a super relaxing massage. Service and attitude of every single staff member (whether waiters, spa personnel, buggy drivers, receptionist, pool caretakers, or any other) was the same - they were all so very kind, respectful and helpful. I could not get enough of this resort and the multitude of experiences it offers. It

Mrs.Preethy, Head of reception made life pleasant for us throughout our stay during 6th to 10 May 2024 The staff in the cafeteria led by Chief Cook Anand were always helpful and housekeeping was consistently good. Our travel arrangement from Mysore airport and back was well organized. Our trip to Talakaveri was equally good. The resort stay with splendid view to thick forest was an unique experience for us.

I stay at Tamara (Coorg) on a solo trip from 11-May-24 till 13-May-24. One of finest stays in a long time. Fantastic infrastructure, well maintained property with scenic views. But the best part was service by its staff. Every single soul in Tamara's staff was willing to go out of its way to help you with a smiling demeanour. Preethy's positive attitude, caring nature and service temperament stood out. I had taken ill but the team at Tamara took care of my me, from packing my food for travel to getting me right medicines. Few mentions: Bouthika from Front Desk, Vikas, Lalitha & Divya from Activity, Vikas & Ramesh from the restaurant. All the others whose name I do not remember. Thank You! Best Wishes, Alokik

Restaurant shabby & buffet uninspiring & every other moment staff coming and asking how’s the food . That’s a little too much of courtesy . appointed . No public areas for sitting & relaxing . Too much distances with in the resort . However Tak Madekeri is certainly a very ahead to select for the trip . Cottages are well appointed & the views from it are serene

A stunning location, which views to back it up. The staff is super efficient, friendly, polite and so helpful. No request is too much and we were very well taken care of. Special thanks to Chef Anand who made sure we had the best culinary experience, So***na who made us the most delicious drinks, and Har****a, who was so nice. The cottages are well designed and the sunrise was lovely to wait up to. We would love to come back soon.

Overall very good and perfect for Forest therapy. The Deck service was amazing and our server Vishu was very attentive. Overall great experience and good for reconnecting with nature. The approach to the property is through lush coffee estates.
