Newly opened hotel 🏨, nice environment, great value for money! I really like the decoration style, and the service attitude of the girl at the front desk is very good. The temperature dropped on the day of check-in, but the room was very warm and the mattress was super comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied and will come back next time!

The room is clean and quiet. Especially their food, which is authentic Hunan cuisine, especially the stir-fried pork. , dry-pot potato slices, and pepper-preserved eggs are very good with rice, and the portion is very large. After skiing, the boss helped us call a car to take us to Jilin Railway Station for free. He was very enthusiastic. Next time we go skiing in Beida Lake, this hotel will be our first choice! !

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying in a guesthouse, and Xueyu Shanshu Villa truly blew me away! The three-story villa was impeccably clean on every level, easily rivalling any upscale hotel. As a clean freak, I was especially delighted to find disposable toilet seat covers in all the bathrooms – such a thoughtful touch! It means I won't have to pack so much for future visits.
Outside, the villa complex looked stunning covered in snow, creating a beautiful, almost European ambiance. The two owners were absolutely incredible. When we returned late one evening, they had even prepared snacks and fruit for us. We often dropped by to ask for things like dish soap, tea-marbled eggs, or even a broom, and they always helped out as if they were our own older brothers. When they saw we were in a rush to catch our train, they even went out of their way to help us mail a parcel. They also helped us find a shop to fix our snowboard. Their hospitality was truly heartwarming.
The most astonishing thing happened when we realized we'd left our wallet behind and couldn't remember where. The owner spent an entire day diligently searching for it and miraculously found it! Next time I visit Beidahu, I will absolutely stay at Xueyu Shanshu Villa again!

LLongdaohaiThe hotel is entirely self-service, and no one came to clean the room during my stay. It's important to note that this suite is not located in Shanhu Residence, but rather in Romantic Snow County, which is advertised by Beidahu. The listing wasn't very clear, and I only realized Romantic Snow County wasn't in Shanhu Residence after clicking into the details page.
The room is newly renovated, very clean and has a great ambiance. There's also a balcony with a beautiful view, and the TV is huge. However, the location is quite a distance from the ski resort. Taxis can only stop at the community entrance, and the path to the entrance is an uphill climb, which is very inconvenient when wearing ski boots! There's a shortcut, but most drivers can't find it. After a full day of skiing, walking that distance is really tough, and the guesthouse doesn't offer shuttle services. Even after taking the Starlight Camp shuttle, there's still a long walk. Overall, the environment and everything else are excellent, but the distance is a bit of a drawback.

XXixxiiiFirst off, I think the location and environment are excellent. You can see the beautiful ski slopes right from the lobby and your room; the real view is much more stunning than the photos. The hotel is on top of a mountain with gorgeous scenery, yet it doesn't inconvenience travel at all. It's very close to the ski resort, just a 3-4 minute drive. Plus, there's an unlimited shuttle service within the Beidahu resort area. The drivers are incredibly nice and enthusiastic, patiently giving detailed introductions to the surroundings and the ski slopes. The facilities, cleanliness, and environment are all excellent. Since it just opened not long ago, everything is very new, and the decor style is appealing. Personally, I think it far surpasses other hotels at the same price point, and even more expensive ones. The front desk staff are also wonderful, very patient, and they promptly deliver anything you need. In summary, I personally believe there are no shortcomings in any aspect. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back for skiing later!

Iiron rabbitFirst of all, I would like to thank the hotel for upgrading me to a two-bedroom and one-living room type during the off-season. The service of the staff was also very good, which is the key reason for giving a high score this time. Let me give an objective evaluation of the hotel:
Room: Overall Japanese-style decoration, bright and simple, with a fireplace. In particular, there are two viewing balconies with first-class scenery, directly overlooking the distant mountain snow trails, which is very good and has become a plus point for the entire journey.
Facilities: The mini bar has a rich variety of drinks and is equipped with a Dyson hair dryer. There is no heating at the end of the snow season, but there are plenty of radiators and the bedding is also very comfortable.
Ski package: The price of more than 2,000 includes two single-day ski tickets, snowshoes and snowboards, which are worth more than 1,300. There is an exclusive corridor to the ski resort on the second floor of the hotel. The ski resort has a hotel-exclusive VIP locker. The snowboards provided are BURTON, which are all very good. The package does not include helmets, gloves, snow goggles, and masks, which need to be brought by yourself or paid extra.
Service: The front desk service is very online. Although it can be seen that the store is about to close and there are not many staff, they are responsive to room requests and the ladies are very hard-working.
Catering: The breakfast is really full marks. It is all Japanese, with ramen, miso soup, sashimi, etc. I have been to many hot spring hotels in Hokkaido, and this breakfast product is really not inferior!
Interlude: I questioned the quality of the water for washing in the room. The identity response of the staff at the first time further deepened my concerns, causing a night of anxiety. But fortunately, the hotel has upgraded the subsequent treatment. The manager's response attitude is very positive. He also said that compensation will be given in the next snow season. The most touching thing is that he has been waiting for me to come back from the snow trail and check out to find me as soon as possible. With such employees, everything will be successful. I hope it is not because I am a black diamond. . So I will not expand on the process. I hope the hotel will still pay attention to it. Infrastructure is no small matter, and better serve customers in the next snow season.
After the whole experience, except for the episode, I still give a high score to Baiwanshi. I hope that the hot spring will open next time I come.

ZZiyoubojiatilasiI went skiing in Beida Lake and booked this B&B because I saw it was good. The experience was beyond my expectations.
The B&B is very close to the ski resort, and there is a shuttle bus every day. The journey only takes five minutes, so it's just right to catch the first ski run at 8:10.
The room was clean and tidy, and it was quiet at night, so I slept comfortably.
The B&B has its own restaurant. We had breakfast there. There was a wide variety of breakfast items, including various side dishes, big meat buns and tea eggs. It was very fragrant. This meal was enough to support us for a whole day of skiing.
