Residence Inn Anaheim Brea

We stayed for 14 nights and were so impressed with our stay here, the staff were friendly, breakfasts were great, the dining area is large and very comfortable, carparking is easy , close to Target and Brea Mall. Rooms were very comfortable , spacious and clean. Fantastic facilities, pool, spa, gym and laundry room. Only negative was housekeeping sometimes forgot to empty our bins and change our towels, but these are minor issues . I would rate our stay a 9 out of 10 and would happily stay again. Shout out to all the staff who were all super friendly and helpful, thank you

This was a nice spacious room. Very clean. Didn’t love that they didn’t come clean our room. They took garbages and refreshed towels on our last night (we stayed 5 nights). They said they’d refresh the room starting on our third day. When we asked for blankets and towels they acted like we were bothering them.

No housekeeping service besides changing trash can liners and replaced with clean towels every other day unless you speak with front desk requesting for full service. It just bother me that I have to request my room to be cleaned, i mean isn't this basic service that every hotel provide? Because they don't have ppl cleaning the room, i see trashes piled up in the hallway which is very unpleasant.

I opted for a room with a bathtub on a higher floor. The room was fairly decent, spacious, and had small kitchen. The decor was new and there was a pleasant smell inside the unit. Wifi on the other hand was very slow and would drop a lot which was frustrating. I attended the free breakfast only once and everything was out - the oa**eal, eggs, meat patty, etc which was disappointing. I informed management that the kitchen staff needs to replenish the buffet items. Also there were multiple people upstairs, across the hallways, and next me making a lot of noise throughout the entirety of my stay, slamming doors constantly, running up and down, loud music, screaming, etc. I informed management multiple times and they assured me that steps would be taken to insure the guests comply with the quiet hours policy. For some reason it just kept continuing unfortunately. The hotel is in a safe location with access to the freeway and easy to get to.

Courteous and helpful employees, comfortable and clean rooms, and a great stay. Although there was plenty of activity at the pool, and traffic outside, we didn't hear any of it from our room and had a very nice stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Customer service was great from everyone we saw/talked to. Room was very nice. Tesla charging station was a big plus. There was nothing to complain about.

I asked for clean linen such as towels, etc. they didn’t give it to me until I asked for them again. I didn’t care for the services. We love the room and would totally stay again.
