From the pictures posted on *******, this looked like a very good option, I was unfortunately mistaken. It started with check in, I checked in at 12:30pm which was early, the person at the front desk took my number and said they will send me a text once the room was ready. We never received any sick notification. When we arrived back at the hotel, our room was ready and we went into our room, and noticed that the floor had many large stains and an odd smell of cleaning supplies.
We decided to go for a hot tub to relax, I called the front desk to ask if there were towels at the pool and he replied, yes, I will be bringing some right now. We went down to the pool to find a dirty pool with debris all over the bottom and the hot tub was not much different…I bent down to feel the temperature of the Hot Tub and it wasn’t even close to being warm. I started thinking that this was a dud of a hotel booking. I went back to the front desk to discuss and they told me that they had maintenance issues earlier in the day and that he could turn it on for me….too late, we were already turned off with the dirty pool and hot tub. I decided to mention the short comings of our room to the front desk, they offered a spot clean to the carpet, I told them a spot clean would be sufficient and they need to either clean whole carpet or replace but could not give us another room until late the next day. The tub was in need of repair or replace, the was a burn in the drapes, stained sheets, and more….
