The WORST customer service experience I have ever had in all my 32 years. I'll admit I never take time to write reviews but this has been so bad with this B&B i wanted to warn others. My Dad bought us a buy a gift voucher for Christmas to have a child free night away. We booked one night on Friday 17th March which we were looking forward to but my daughter was sent home from nursery 4pm the day before, Thursday, she was pretty sick (she also couldn't go back to nursery Friday and had no-one who could have her the whole day) so unfortunately we no longer could go away. I called them multiple times with no answer so messaged the hotel on WhatsApp asking if we could please swap the dates due to circumstances out our control . I was ignored until Tuesday 21st even though my messages were read the same day. They said if they'd have known the night before they could have helped which was odd because I had called and messaged multiple times on the Thursday (the day before!!), this is when they ignored me for good. Disgusting customer service and now wasted £90 of my dad's money due to their incompetence. AVOID!!
