杜威恩餐館酒店-約克(Hotel du Vin & Bistro York)

Check in service was appalling, no welcome she was rude. Just managed to park in the car park as it was full, didn’t get told it was £15 to park at a hotel that was over £200pn, not what I’d expect and she just plonked the card machine in front of me with no explanation. The room had a massive cobweb hanging from the ceiling, lighting was too dark. Bathroom sink had a massive crack in it, but it was comfortable. Nowhere to relax in the bar as there was a wedding reception with loud guests getting merry, I wasn’t aware that there was going to be a wedding reception, nor that it would be in the main bar. Breakfast was good. Overall a waste of money and wouldn’t recommend staying there, nor wish to return.

Wasn’t very happy with the changes at breakfast since I last stayed here. Hot drinks and toast are now self service and only one of each machine so had to stand waiting in a queue to make our coffee and toast. Not what I expect for the amount of money it costs to stay here. Also there were no blinds in the room and the curtains were broken and didn’t close properly. We had to wedge furniture against them to keep them partially closed at night.

Reservation at this facility made online. I specifically searched online in York Pennsylvania and your website took me to York UK. I did not stay at this hotel. Your customer service phone # was impossible to navigate as I could not reach a live representative to help me correct this issue. I expect a full and prompt refund. David Graham

Our first time at this hotel.Very nice room and bathroom. Decorations clean tastefull and in good condition - couldn't fault it. Breakfast very good too. Would definitely come back.Hotel well placed for a short walk to york city centre too.

可愛的精品酒店，距離約克市中心僅幾步之遙。 工作人員很棒，沒有什麼太麻煩的。 房間很奇特，非常好，夾層有一個浴缸。餐廳真的很私密，工作人員也很棒，總的來說，這是一次很棒的住宿，還會再來的。
