夢納琪旅館(Monaci Delle Terre Nere)

Abbracciata dalla natura incantevole, a Monaci tutti i miei sensi hanno trovato gratificazione: la vista mozzafiato che dona quiete al cuore, il suono della brezza che muove le fronde degli agrumi, i profumi e i sapori della buonissima cucina. E che dire della cantina? Vini e champagne pregiatissimi! Monaci è per me un posto magico! Apprezzo moltissimo anche lo stile architettonico in perfetta simbiosi con la natura circostante. Se dovessi scegliere una sola parola per descrivere la mia esperienza li, sceglierei “poesia”

Eine tolle Location, und ein sehr professionelles Team. Das Essen im Restaurant ist außergewöhnlich gut, die Bar hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Frühstück im Freien war ebenso großartig. Ich habe keinen Mangel zu erwähnen. Wir habe uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, Bravo!

Finca muy bonita, grande, muy cuidada y con mucho gusto. Habitaciones variadas por lo que puede gustar más o menos, en algunos casos algo oscuras, especialmente de noche. Buena calidad del sueño (colchón, almohadas, sábanas, temperadas, silencio, oscuridad). Muy buenas actividades (especialmente el tour 4x4 por la cara norte del Etna y el sobrevuelo del Etna en helicóptero). Muy buen servicio (profesional y amable). Estupenda zona de piscina y de desayunos. Muy bien también el restaurante y la bodega. Las villas también son una estupenda opción. Un acierto pleno.

Secondo volta in questo piccolo paradiso sull'Etna. Nature incredibile, cultura dell ospitalita calorosa, cultura culinari sicula senza fine con ingredienti freschi a km0... eccelente Soggiorno, Accoglienza di alto livello grazie!

Location tra ulivi e vigneti meravigliosa. Stanze davvero uniche nel design e colazione gustosissima con prodotti fatti in casa. Pranzo non all’altezza: piatti freddi non gustosi e costo elevato. Inoltre abbiamo pagato extra una degustazione di vini ed essendoci diverse coppie di americani, e starà fatta in inglese. Siamo in Italia e noi desideravamo una degustazione nella nostra lingua! Eravamo in anniversario di matrimonio e lo abbiamo scritto alla prenotazione e ribadito all’arrivo: nulla siamo stati omaggiati di nulla, ne trovato qualcosa di speciale in stanza, anche solo un pensiero. Peccato!

Très bel hôtel, relais et château où nous sommes allés deux fois en famille. Tout est féerique, le restaurant fabuleux et le service aux petits soins bien que assez maniéré. Un peu plus de simplicité serait la bienvenue! Pensez à demander des suites familiales modernes car nous avons eu une suite pr 4 typique de l’Etna mais sans séparation et avec une petite salle de douche et un toilette pr 4…et cher pour ce que c’était

I had never used TripAdvisor before but this time I felt I had to raise my voice. I went to this hotel with my family in July. I must say that the first impression was very positive, the place is surrounded by nature and peace, and the rooms are rustic farmer's houses that they restored with an industrial touch. After taking a close look at our room we realised that it was not perfect as a five-star hotel should be. We had an issue with the air conditioner, with hot water, with the pool nothing was working properly. We went for dinner at the restaurant the food was average like a trattoria-style but the prices were like a Michelin-star restaurant, the chef come out to say hello and have a chat with the table next to ours, he spent there 10 minutes, did not even bother to say hello to us and went back in the kitchen, we felt quite unwelcome. The staff was the only positive thing about this place, people are working very hard and long hours we saw the same people from breakfast to dinner, the staff went the extra mile to make our stay memorable we would like to give a special thanks to Gabriele the Barman, Marco the Sommelier and Antonio the Restaurant Manager they are truly fantastic and deserve a better place where to work. Unfortunately, there was a team member that did not meet the standards, was a blond lady we met during our breakfast I think she is a supervisor or something like that even if she was wearing an oversize polo shirt (same as the waiter) she approached us to take our order and looked quite scruffy with her blond hair going in front of her eyes, we felt a strong human odour and smell of cigarettes, this was very unpleasant.

Monaci is a fantastic, peaceful hotel. I recently stayed there on a family vacation to Sicily. The grounds are beautiful, with a pool looking over hills and the ocean. The staff is accommodating and pleasant. It is a small property and does not feel crowded or too touristy. The breakfast served, with views of Etna, is delicious. If you are making your way across Sicily, I highly recommend staying here.

Il luogo è unico, una realtà bellissima che non immaginavo in Sicilia. Innanzitutto la posizione, ai piedi del monte Etna con la vista del mare che domina l'orizzonte. Camere confortevoli e per la felicità della mia compagna niente TV. Solo il silenzio del luogo e la meraviglia che ci circondava. Marco il sommelier davvero bravissimo, tutto lo staff si è mostrato attento e professionale. Grande attenzione a ogni nostra richiesta. Una pausa che speriamo di ripetere di nuovo.
