瑪雷林酒店(Marelen Hotel Zakynthos)

Idéal pour une famille, c’est calme. Les piscines sont tops autant pour les enfants que pour les adultes . Le personnel de l’hôtel est adorable et toujours souriant. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien et très bon. Placé à côté d’une plage. ( plage préservée pour les tortues , elle ferme au couché du soleil) . Il faut marcher entre 5-10 minutes pour trouver des restaurants, boutiques. La rue n’est pas très jolie mais c’est quand même sympa. Placé à côté de l’aéroport. Les avions ne circulent pas la nuit donc ce n’est pas gênant.

On the whole, this is a wonderful 4 star hotel,we stayed on a b&b basis, and the breakfast selection is huge and wide-ranging in choice. The rooms are first class, spotlessly clean and very modern,our power shower was unbelievable. There are 3 pools,kids,family, and adults .My main concern with the hotel is with the number of kids that parents bring to the adult pool, why is this not stopped by the hotel? The adult pool should be a peaceful haven The staff at the hotel all interact in the way you would expect of a four star establishment. We will be coming to Kalamaki next year but will choose an hotel with a adults pool we can relax in

Just stayed at the Marelen for ten nights and can’t praise it enough! The beautiful grounds are kept immaculately by the staff, the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need- beds so comfy you get a really good nights sleep and no noise through the walls at all! Kettle fridge and safe in room- bring your own tea coffee etc or easy to get in shops nearby. Stayed B&B and can honestly say it’s the BEST breakfast buffet we have ever had- there is literally nothing you could want that wasn’t there! All staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. reception are so helpful too and helped us book a lovely trip on a turtle spotting boat- great afternoon out! Used the adult only pool for first half of our holiday and it was beautifully peaceful- despite the notices on the gate though some disrespectful families ignored this and took children in there which we couldn’t understand as they have their own pool and a gorgeous fun park type pool that our children would have loved when they were small- maybe a good idea for staff to keep an eye on and remind as necessary as we moved to the beach after this! Great tip - sunbeds can be booked on the grassy bit at back of beach and are very peaceful! Five minute walk to beach and ten minutes to get to main road. We looked at the other hotels around here during our stay and the Marelen is definitely the best in the area in our opinion. Thank you so much to all the hardworking staff who made our trip so amazing- if we ever return to Kalamaki we really wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Marelen!

We had a 7 nights stay at Marelen and I would definetly recommand this place. It is very close to the beach, 3-5 min walk, food is incredibly good and lots of varieties to choose from, staff, waiters, cleaning ladies are all very friendly and the place is also baby friendly. It is about 10-15 walk from the main road where tou can find super markets and lots of restaurants. Check out is normaly at 10 AM, but were able check out at 11 exactly the time of pick up and also very important for us is that out baby could have her regular nap in the room. Much appreciated! Would be nice if the pool would have been opened until 20:00 at least, instead of 19:00, to have more time to relax when the sun is not burning, but this regular closing hour was due to cleaning and chemical dosing. Overall it was a great holiday for us. Thank you!

Hotel was top , eten lekker ,personeel heel vriendelijk , kamers zijn ruim . Minpuntje : zeer kleine badkamer Lagen op kamer 351 waar ze om 00h - 1 h snachts nog aan het voetballen en basketten waren ,was wel storend en wat lawaai .

Fantastic hotel from the moment we arrived. We stayed half board and the food available was great with a lot of local Greek food as well as more continental foods. The accommodation was comfy with ample space. The staff on site really made the holiday! Thank you to all of you and especially, Theresa who answered all my emails before arrival and gave us the perfect room for our needs. Sivi, who was always available for a chat and couldn't help anymore if she tried, and went truly out of her way to sort out a little issue we had during our stay. Nikos at the cocktail bar for my evening drinks and chat. Antreas, and the boys in the restaurant who worked so hard to keep everyone served, tidy and welcome. Thank you and can't wait to return!

Hôtel idéalement situé à quelques pas de la plage (3-4 min à pieds). Idéal pour un séjour en famille. La qualité du buffet au petit déjeuner et dîner. La piscine adult only qui permet d’être au calme et isolé des cris d’enfants et autres nuisances sonores. L’espace « Splash » avec toboggans pour les enfants. La gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. Les infrastructures sont jolies et bien entretenues. Peu, voir pas de français lors de notre séjour. Majorité de la clientèle anglaise. Cependant quelques bémols : L’eau potable payante. 1 seule bouteille d’eau mise à disposition dans la chambre le jour de l’arrivée. Le reste du séjour l’eau est payante même au moment des repas ! (Compter 2€ pour une bouteille d’eau à l’hôtel). La proximité avec l’aéroport. Les avions qui atterrissent et décollent rasent clairement l’hôtel. Un défilé quotidien mais qui n’entache en rien le séjour. Le ménage laisse parfois à désirer dans la salle de bain. Le manque d’activités proposées par l’hôtel (1 cours de yoga/semaine)

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πάρα πολύ καλό. Ωραία τοποθεσία, 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία Καλαμάκι, στη οποία θα δεις και φωλιές χελωνών και ασφαλώς κοντά στην πόλη της Ζακύνθου! Καθαρό, με όμορφα δωμάτια. Η πισίνα μόνο για ενήλικες έχει υδρομασάζ και βέβαια πολλή ηρεμία. Η κεντρική πισίνα όπου είναι και για παιδιά είναι επίσης πολύ όμορφη.! Δίπλα της είναι το εστιατόριο και δύο μπαρ και πρωινό καφέ και βραδυνό ποτό. Και τα δύο μπαρ είναι πολύ καλόγουστα φτιάχνοντας έτσι ένα όμορφο περιβάλλον. Το φαγητό νόστιμο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία για όλα τα γούστα. Ο μπουφές ήταν πάντα γεμάτος με γρήγορη ανανέωση των προσφερόμενων φαγητών όταν αυτά τελείωναν. Υπήρχαν σημεία για απασχόληση των παιδιων. Γήπεδα μπάσκετ και ποδοσφαίρου, πινγκ πονγκ και μπιλιάρδο κα. Το προσωπικό είναι εξαιρετικό. Φιλικό, χαμογελαστό και πάντα πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει.! Φιλικοί και προσιτοί πολύ και οι ιδιοκτήτες! Πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν αλλά και να κουβεντιάσουν μαζί σου. Δεν πρέπει να παραλείψω ότι το ξενοδοχείο είναι pet friendly, κυριολεκτικά!! Είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή για διακοπές στο νησί, είτε πας με οικογένεια, είτε με παρέα.!
