艾昂酒店(Aeon Hotel)

De foto's die getoond worden bij Aeon Hotel in Laganas komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Op de foto's ziet het hotel er supermooi uit. Maar dat is valse reclame!! Waarschijnlijk foto's die gemaakt zijn , toen het hotel pas open ging. In werkelijkheid is het een vies en slecht onderhouden hotel. Het is een echt een heel slecht hotel, waar niks aan gedaan wordt qua onderhoud. Er is veel achterstallig onderhoud. Ook de hygiëne is echt slecht. Er wordt nauwelijks schoongemaakt en de lakens en handdoeken worden slechts één keer verschoond. Er zitten bruine vlekken in de lakens en handdoeken. Het hotel is slecht onderhouden. De badkamer was erg vies. Veel schimmel en er stond altijd een laagje water in de badkamer, omdat het toilet lekte. Er zat ook een gat(een putje) in de vloer zonder rooster erop. Ben er al een keer ingestaan en zwikte mijn voet om. Je zag het niet, omdat ze er een badmatje overheen gelegd hadden. Ook kon het raam op de badkamer niet dicht, waardoor je veel lawaai van buitenaf hoort. Vooral 's nachts als al die zuipende en schreeuwende jongeren terugkomen. Bedden zijn heel slecht. Lijkt op boxspring, maar dat is het niet. Het is gewoon een bed mat houten lattenbodem. Er stonden aantal al kapot buiten op de gang. Onze kleerkast kon niet gebruikt worden. Bij het leggen van een shirt, viel de kast al uit elkaar. Ook krijg je maar 1 wc-rol. Rest moet jezelf kopen in de supermarkt. Het zwembad, bar , keuken en receptie liggen aan de achterkant van het hotel. Maar die wordt voornamelijk gebruikt door de hoteleigenaren privé. De tegels rondom zwembad en terras worden nooit schoongemaakt. Alleen maar waar zij zelf zitten. Want de hoteleigenaren wonen ook zelf op het terrein. De hoteleigenaar gebruikt de faciliteiten van het hotel voornamelijk voor eigen gebruik. Ze zitten echt de hele dag bij een tafel bij het zwembad en keuken. Ze maken zelf een hele hoop rommel, dat nauwelijks wordt opgeruimd. Zelfs hun brommers of motoren staan gewoon ​​naast het zwembad geparkeerd. Ze hebben ook een hond die overal rondloopt (ook bij het zwembad. Hij drinkt daar ook uit of gaat in jaccuzzi staan en veel blaft. Ik wist niet dat er een jaccuzzi was, totdat ik het op een bord buiten het hotel gelezen had. De rommel die bij het zwembad gemaakt wordt door de gasten, wordt pas paar dagen later opgeruimd. Ook hielden ze een privéfeestje met luide muziek, die wel tot 's nachts duurde. Ze zijn er meegestopt, omdat de hotelgasten er iets van gezegd hadden. Hun hielden zelf een feestje, terwijl tegen de jongeren werd gezegd dat ze stil moeten zijn. Het zwembad kan ook gebruikt mag worden tegen betaling voor mensen die niet in het hotel verblijven. Op het bord buiten het hotel staat dat Wifi, waterglijbaan, jaccuzzi gratis is. Dat is een leugen! Waterglijbaan en jaccuzzi stonden ook nooit aan. Heb ze die ook nog niet 1x zien schoonmaken. Zwembadranden zijn zwarten vies. Rondom zwembad steken ook elektriciteitskabels uit de grond. Matjes die er liggen zij

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno in questa struttura, in quanto il nostro volo sia stato cancellato e abbiamo trovato qualcosa di economico in cui alloggiare. Il personale dell’albergo all’arrivo non si è presentato molto bene, ma poi hanno avuto modo di riscattarsi mostrando gentilezza e disponibilità. Le camere sono abbastanza moderne ma altrettanto sporche e tenute male, per non parlare della biancheria sporca che ci è stata gentilmente cambiata con biancheria “meno sporca”, oltretutto le camere non vengono pulite tutti i giorni. Molto bella la piscina con anche uno scivolo d’acqua (anche se non funziona). Posizione strategica in centro a laganas e non molto distante dal mare. La consiglio a chi cerca qualcosa di economico in una posizione strategica.

After a year of saving up for this holiday with 4 of my friends, we were very disappointed with the aeon hotel and the response we have received for complaining about our stay is appalling. 5 of us in total, so we decided to pay for 2 rooms ( 1 with 2 people in it and 1 with 3 people in it ) this was disregarded upon arrival and we were stuck in 1 room for all 5 of us which is not what we had payed for. After speaking to 3 different groups at the hotel we had realised that they were also told the same story as us which was that “the rooms were damaged by the previous people” ( A complete lie,) as the hotel was clearly over booked and they wanted to cram as many customers as possible into the hotel. We were then also lead to believe that if we payed €180 we could get unlimited drinks from 11am until 12pm, which would be made by the bar staff. This was ANOTHER complete lie, as the bar would be closed by 10pm every night. There was also NO bar staff but there was an 11 year old boy making and serving alcoholic drinks which were extremely poorly made. After meeting some of the staff members at the hotel, there were persistent in trying to get us to buy class a ***** as well as class b ***** from behind the bar at the hotel. After telling them we didn’t want to buy ***** from the hotel they then tried to force us to buy them buy offering them at a discounted price !!!!! Finally onto the room which we were crammed into. We couldn’t even unpack our cases due to there being no room to do so. The shower had mould around the bottom and every single towel we were given had either blood, sick or poo. We asked for a new set of towels and the new ones we were given were in fact worse than the originals we were given. After complaining to the hotel and then taking it further online, the hotel lied about our stay and acted as if nothing had happened. This caused us to only be given a £100 voucher to be split between the five of us to spend through love holidays. DO NOT BOOK WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS OR STAY AT THE AEON HOTEL, UNLESS YOU ARE A DOG !!!!! If you want a hotel good party vibes gets you in the mood for your night come here the lads behind the bar are brilliant lively friendly and sexy af so if you want your best Zante experience come here. Best experience we could have wished for. All the staff are very friendly and bring the party vibes.

Let me just start by saying the advertising photos for this hotel is false advertising at its finest. It took 3 attempts to get a decent room for the week and after seeing the 2 previous rooms I knew I wanted to leave ASAP. The first room was their linen and bed stock room and the second room was full of bins and toilet brushes. When we explained to the owners they weren’t apologetic and actually laughed. We just missed the party season so the hotel was very quiet however could hear people on the road. The pictures of got of the room can explain themselves as I am mortified with the filth and how many safety issues there are in this one room and dread to think what the others looked like. The cleaner came once the whole duration and considering you have to throw toilet paper in the bin was very unhygienic. For 2 of us tourism tax, air con and the safe for a week would cost us €70 however we didn’t use the safe or the air con due to chilly nights so for 2 people tourism tax was €14 for the week. The bar isn’t for the use of the tourists it’s more for the family as their own kitchen and considering this is self catering there was nothing to be able to cook inside the apartment even though you wouldn’t want to due to hygiene reasons. They have 3 dogs possibility 4 I couldn’t keep track that pester you while sunbathing and also go into the pool and drink from it which I found very unhygienic. The family were always shouting from the crack of dawn until late at night. I wouldn’t recommend coming here and saving your pennies and finding a hotel nicer I’m actually gutted and ashamed to have booked this for my partners birthday.

The hotel is so welcoming and accommodating, the family who run it are so nice, the pool is fun and it is in a good location! Would recommend if your going on a girls/lads holiday ☺️ + they had puppies there when I stayed which made my stay 10x better
