Villa fantastica, piscina privata. Grazie a Xenofon e Spiros disponibili per ogni necessità e per organizzare la giornata. A pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Taverna molto buona nelle vicinanze e porto per ne lèggiate una barca a poca distanza. Fantastica permanenza!

Мы провели на вилле незабываемый 1 месяц и 10 дней. Каждое утро встречали дивный рассвет. Из каждого окна смотрели на море и остров Марафонисиа. Добавьте к этому удобное месторасположение: на два необыкновенно красивых полудиких пляжа можно добраться пешком за 5-10 минут; столько же времени понадобится, чтобы добраться до ближайших двух очень вкусных таверен (Вотсало и Марафонисиа стар). Сама вилла - каменное здание, удобно меблирована, с большим количеством зон для отдыха и возможностей любоваться бескрайним морским пейзажем. Здесь невероятно дружелюбный персонал. Spiros- стал другом для наших детей и незаменимым помощником во всех домашних делах. Nikoletta- поддерживала идеальную чистоту и порядок в доме и при возможности делала расслабляющий массаж всем членам Семьи. Это были потрясающие греческие каникулы!

Wir haben als Familie zwei Wochen in einer Villa verbracht. Traumhafter Blick, wunderschöne Villa mit bester Ausstattung, perfekte Corona Hygieneregeln und eine perfekte Unterstützung durch Spiros und Co.! Ja komm jederzeit wieder und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

This is a truly amazing historical villa arranged over three floors with balconies and a stunning swimming pool. The villa had everything! The air conditioning was in pretty much every room. The villas was secluded, very clean and immaculate throughout. The views over towards Turtle Island are breathtaking. Spiros and Senofon were always on hand to advise and guide us. They booked taxis, restaurants, boat trips, car hire - nothing was too much for either of them. Spiros came every day to clean the pool and the villa. He was marvellous! I would definitely recommend staying at Exensian Villas. Ten out of ten for every element of our stay. We have stayed in Greek villas for over 20 years and this is by far the best!

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Exensian Villas. The house is very comfortable, the service is wonderful and the pool area is marvelous! The contact to book was fluid and they took good care of us, Xenofon and Spiros. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much for your hospitality, our family will have this good memory for eternity! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay in one of the 3 bedroom villas, and can’t recommend it enough! The design and style of the villa is gorgeous, and all the outdoor areas have been laid out to be spacious and private, and very well furnished. The views are second-to-none. Honestly some of the best views I’ve experienced! We visited the Votsalo taverna (a 2 min walk) a couple of times during our stay which was great too. Tasty food and stunning views again. We only wish we’d stayed longer!

My husband and I spent a perfect week here, the villa being exactly as described. Stunning view from balconies and private pool. The lovely Spiros was on hand for anything we needed at any time, he is a wonderful character and was happy to give information on boat, taxi and restaurants. In walkable distance is a fantastic authentic Greek restaurant called Votsalo. We hired a taxi to and from the airport and had no need of rental vehicle as the location is such that one has everything one needs within walking distance. Keri being 25 minutes walk, a great spot to have breakfast and to rent boats. Obviously if exploring further afield you'd need to rent a car.

I booked in Exensian Villas and Suites as a surprise to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday. We were absolutely delighted with our choice and just wished we could have stayed longer. The villas with swimming pool are perfectly designed with stunning views from everywhere in the property! Nothing is too much for the property manager, Xenofon, who helped me out with organizing various things and also Spyros who sorted out the most amazing Birthday cake at very short notice. A simply wonderful stay!!

My wife and I had a fantastic 10 days here for our honeymoon. The villa was very clean, had everything you need and had stunning views. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Spyros, a man of many talents. Nothing was too much bother for him. We will definitely consider coming here again in the future. Would also highly recommend hiring a small car to explore the rest of the island.
