我最初在預訂時要求一張雙人床，結果我得到了兩張單人床。整體來說房間很乾淨，早餐也很不錯。

這家飯店位於 Krupowski 街的中心地帶，地理位置十分理想。房間寬敞舒適（缺乏儲物空間還是吸引了我們的注意）關於早餐，只要不著急的話也還可以，否則要排隊，等的時間夠長，可以給自己準備一份簡單的早餐。咖啡或更糟糕的是炒蛋，盤子是一張一張地做的……最大的缺點是游泳池。首先，你必須離開大樓才能到達對面的大樓。沒有更衣室，衛生也很值得懷疑（地板清潔）。除了這些細節之外，我們住得還算愉快。

在這裡住了 4 晚。沒有一個好的開始。為我們登記入住的金髮女士非常粗魯，讓我們大吃一驚。需要客戶服務培訓或新工作。但此後情況有所改善。其他接待人員很可愛。我的背部受傷了，於是請一名工作人員打電話給我在網路上找到的物理治療師。我不會說波蘭語。女士推薦了一個人，他來到了飯店。他很聰明，給了我很大的幫助。飯店接待員的大力推薦。房間很大。沒有什麼閃光的，但是一塵不染，而且物有所值。請注意，房間內沒有冰箱。我們冬天在那裡，所以就把牛奶放在窗台上。早餐還可以。熱食不多。花了很長時間才得到煎蛋捲。對於不習慣只吃麵包作為早餐的國際遊客來說，烤麵包機將是一個很好的補充。位置非常完美。就在K街。如果回到扎卡波內，我肯定會再住在這裡。

扎科帕內的美麗酒店，地理位置優越。所有工作人員都很棒，尤其是接待處的 Justyna、Kasia、Magda 和 Sabina。他們非常有幫助。房間很漂亮，床很舒服。餐廳和游泳池也很漂亮。有一天我們一定會回來的。

酒店是一座美麗的歷史建築，裝飾迷人。房間和床都很好，但是電視連續兩個晚上半夜神秘地把我們吵醒！淋浴很糟糕——不僅每次我們碰門時門都會從軌道上脫落，而且淋浴噴頭也不會留在掛鉤上，所以你必須一直把它握在手裡。水需要很長時間才能加熱。地點極佳，我們喜歡窗戶可以打開，而且不介意街道噪音。房間乾淨又漂亮。工作人員非常樂於助人而且令人愉快。喜歡這家餐廳——食物很棒，服務也很棒——遺憾的是，我們住的 3 晚中，只有 1 晚營業。使用了游泳池和桑拿房——非常好，但服務員並沒有提供太多幫助。

一切都很棒：房間、早餐、環境，一切都很棒。

Just got back from a weeks stay here. Reception were wonderful, Magda Kasia Justina and Joseph….. Breakfast was enough for me, lots of salad meats and bread. Pancakes and fruit were lovely. Room was great with balcony and leaving our food/drink worked outside because of the temperature. I think fridges would be needed for summer, maybe they can look into that. Pool and sauna were a nice touch. Location on the Main Street was great, Lidl 1 minute walk away. Only thing I didn’t like was being spoken down to by an arrogant skinny waiter. Let’s the hotel down.

Historical building with charm and character. Its in the centre of Zakopane, perfectly situated.

Great location, delicious breakfast and nice staff. One thing- the swimming pool water should be a little warmer.

We stayed here twice in the last 3 months! We love it here! The staff at reception speak excellent English and are very welcoming which pleased my mother who is over 70. The Location is superb ! Unfortunately there is no English tv channels in the rooms but that is something that is easy for them to add

Convenient location to shops, restaurants, and Gubałówka. Very pleasant staff.

Good hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff.

Fantastic location right on the main pedestrian street. Gorgeous hotel restaurant. Very good food. Room was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at Sabała and wish we coild stay longer.
