Great location in Zell am See, easy walk to the lake in 5 minutes, 15 minutes from Kaprin for skiing or hiking. Easy access to beautiful Salzburg. Simple, clean with a good traditional breakfast. Good price gor this area!

Friendly and welcoming staff at reception, breakfast and cleaning. Good parking right outside and an easy walk to town and lake. Spacious simple rooms with benefit of firm pillow option. No coffee or even cups in the room, although a little boiled sweet awaited us. Nice to balcony seats. Beware corner room for continuous road noise. Excellent breakfast with lots of continental cold and healthy options.

The hotel is located very centrally. However it needs renovation. The bed is not comfortable. The hotel provides the basics only. It is also very loud in the night. The breakfast is okay.

Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer schlicht und einfach eingerichtet, veraltet, ohne Kühlschrank , Bad -sehr,sehr klein, aber sehr sauber.

Central beliggende hotel. Venlig og høflig personale. Gode parkerings mulighed.

Good central hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially breakfast staff. Lovely breakfast. Kettle and cups available on request. Room a bit dated but was ok for what we needed.

Beware, they charge a 100% fee even if the reservation is canceled a month before arrival. Communication is not pleasant, it is very arrogant. You can not agrese on anything with them. They want to recover the canceled reservation via Inkasso Office…

Excellent choice! Very clean, politely staff, good breakfast, 100 m from bus station for ski, free and secure parking. I think in the summer time is super also. We will be back next year for sure. Ciprian

Very pleasant

My husband and I drove through Austria and the idea was to stop in small towns along the way. This hotel was a wonderful it has a great location and a fare breakfast. It is very close to the lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking was next to the hotel and the service was very helpful and friendly. No elevators though but it wasn’t a big deal for us

Very nice and clean hotel. Not lavish, but clean and function. The owner Haans was very friendly and helpful. I took a card to come back but I will be in the region again.
