切米內酒店(Hotel Cheminee)

Very good ! Will come again

This is a nice hotel to stay in Zermatt and the view is great from the room we had.

Very good location. Nice view to see Matterhorn. Delicious breakfast. However, no lift and need to bring the luggage to third floor.

Nice location

The staff are always there to help us. Very friendly staff and accommodating. The hotel is about 10-15 walk to the shop and also very close to the Zermatt - Matterhorn express going to the Matterhorn.

If you're a heavy sleeper, the Hotel Cheminee may be perfectly situated for you, especially if you get a room in the back. And if you travel lightly, you may find the hotel offers you the "feeling of well being and relaxation" as the hotel advertises. However, our 3rd floor room -- in a building with no elevator -- which was directly opposite the Sunnegga Express lift station, sounded like a party had crashed our room every night starting at 11 pm and lasting until 1 am or so. (The workers who came back via the lift congregate in the street and talk loudly for a couple of hours.) And we had heavy luggage for our 10+ day trip around Europe, which made it difficult to maneuver up and down the steps. We did enjoy our breakfast that was included. But it would have been nice to have drinks other than tap water from our bathroom available outside of breakfast. (I asked about refilling the water bottle provided us at the start of our stay and was told to drink from the bathroom tap.)

마테호른뷰에 3명이 머물렀습니다. 마테호른이 아주 잘보여요. 엑스트라베트 추가했는데 방이 널찍했어요. 조식도 좋았습니다. 호텔옆으로 강이 흐르고 고르너그라트가는 산악열차가 지나가는데 문닫으면 소음이 없어요. (오히려 독특하고 좋았음) 방안에 냉장고와 전기포트가 없고, 엘리베이터가 없어 짐옮기기에 조금 힘들지만 가격이 합리적이라서 괜찮았습니다.

Très mauvaise expérience, chambre horrible, aucun cachet,situé en dehors de l hôtel, annexée à un garage,avec vue sur un mur en contre bas de la voie ferrée ,(ça ne ressemble pas à une chambe d hôtel ), très déçue 😞 😱😡 En plus la direction ne veut rien savoir, très cher/ à la prestation, aucun geste de leur part, scandaleux. J aimerais savoir si eux, auraient accepté une telle chambre ? A fuir...
