酒店位置不錯，雖然沒有自己的海灘，但馬路對麪就是一個小小的免費公共浴場，有淋浴。旁邊是收費浴場，租兩把椅子一把傘，一天70歐😱 也太誇張了吧，我們自己買了一把陽傘和一張席子才35歐就在公共浴場安營紮寨也挺好。旁邊小鎮的海灘條件好一些，價格也才45歐一天。 訂的海景房，兩麪大陽台景色很好。 樓頂的酒吧景色好，15歐一杯雞尾酒，但送了小吃，還不錯👌

Wow what a wonderful hotel full of Italian charm. We stayed at the Excelsoir for 3 nights for my husbands 40th birthday, the moment we stepped into the hotel we just felt special, nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, the pillows were so soft, the view of the coastline was stunning. Slippers left by the bedside such a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing lots of choice and wonderful views over your morning coffee. The pool area was great, so many sunbeds, nice bar area and restaurant. I really can't compliment the hotel and staff enough, it was just lovely. We will definitely return.

The Hotel Vis a Vis is an excellent hotel commanding a wonderful position overlooking Sestri Levante. The staff are welcoming and attentive. On arrival, we received an information pack containing a range of ideas about things to do in the area. The railway station is only 10 minutes walk and trains travel towards the Cinque Terre / La Spezia to the east and Camogli and Genoa to the west. The dining room on the fourth floor and the bar on the fifth both provide fantastic views over the coast. The pool is welcoming and warm. The rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent. The hotel provided us with a wonderful week in Sestri Levante and we look forward to returning on a future occasion.

The problem with this hotel is that, when you pay over 500 € / night, or even more, is it enough for you that the location of the hotel is perfect or do you whant value for your money? I travel a lot and has been much expensive places too, and In my opinion, when you pay such amount, you have to get good value for your money, especially when the problems are easy to salve. When we arrived to hotel, first we met the outside ashtray as in picture. We had two different room and the first one's wc has very very unpleasant smell ( cesspit problem ?). The second one, the drain in the shower doesnt work properly, the sink lock didn't work, couldn't lock the balcony door that did get open him self during the night by the wind and rain inside. There was two people work at the beach, for giving towels to the clients and set up sunshade. Shift is 6-7 hours, actual work is max 40 min., hotel side beach is 20 m x 2 m. One of them, Francesko, start his shift always by cleaning this very very small part of the beach but other guy never. Just give towels and look the phone. The second day, a half eated apple was at the beach, he walks 30 times near by and did not take it away ( as in the picture ). It can sound a little think but in this level hotel, or at least what they try to be, it don't work like this. Every morning there is rubbishes at the beach that waves brings and never get cleaned before Francesco start his shift. Some towels smell very strongly vinegar. As in the picture bellow, after the rain, which was surely not for the first time, they put towels under the door of the bar terrace, that water don't come inside. Is it in your opinion ok? The worst; male waiters was unbelievably arrogant! Just unbelievable. The second day I did complain, and the manager did handle the issue, for this time, but it should never be like this at the first place, never. Only good think at the hotel was that, it was very clean and reception staff was very friendly. Most of the staff don't welcome you when they met you anywhere at the hotel. This is a basic rule for this level hotel that, all staff smile and welcome clients in all occasion. After all, this hotel did absolutely not worth for this price / service level, there is a professional managing issues. There is many things which must work well all together in this business that, you can say, it's a good hotel, not only good location, clean rooms and high prices make you a good one.

Hotel quasi perfetto che consiglio sicuramente. Posizionato a 10minuti dal mare, in pieno centro storico. Pulizia e colazione impeccabili. Colazione vasta (attenzione anche verso le persone allergiche) con prodotti eccellenti. Unica pecca è la presenza fissa di personale che fissa la clientela: arriviamo ed in reception 5 persone 1 ragazza fa il check-in le altre ti fissano; colazione la signora più anziana che ti fissa a vedere cosa prendi(lo faceva con chiunque addirittura mettendosi al fianco);la signora delle pulizie (3'piano) passi e ti fissa finché non entri in stanza o raggiungi l'ascensore; idem chi ti accompagna in garage fermi a fissarti...nulla da nascondere ma crea disagio.

我們在Manuelina Taste Hotel度過了一個美妙的1晚住宿。很高興我們做到了,這是一顆寶石。距離海濱僅15分鐘步行路程,靠近高速公路通道。這是利古裏安的享受。所有工作人員都熱情,友好,非常樂於助人。經理Andrea非常翔實,當地知識淵博。我們在優秀的小酒館裏享受了一頓美味的飯菜。食物準備和呈現完美,價格非常合理,非常好。如果我們住在附近,我們會經常在那裏吃飯。小酒館的裝飾和氛圍補充了美妙的食物。我很高興我預訂了觀看夢幻般的Recco Focaccia“IGP”準備和烹飪。Giancarlo是他的貿易大師,演示內容豐富,有趣,非常美味。Focaccia是好。太好了,我後來在小酒館吃了更多!我們的房間很寬敞,有所有必要的設施。我們期待着回到這個寶石,吃利古裏安特色菜,再享受Giancarlo的福卡西亞。對所有工作人員的讚美。
