A little subtropical oasis right in the middle of town.
Conventionally located in the town centre with access to shops and businesses, next door to Woolies and a short walk to the beach. And yet it’s a quiet, peaceful and lush spot to stay.
Spotlessly clean. Lovely staff.

我在吉利根旅舍度過了一段美好的時光！房間寬敞乾淨，我甚至很幸運地獨享了一晚整間宿舍。儘管我是獨自旅行，但由於旅舍的社交氛圍和豐富的夜生活，我還是認識了許多人。值得注意的是，酒吧/夜店區直到深夜（晚上11:30以後）才真正熱鬧起來，而由於大家都出去旅遊/體驗了，旅舍白天也相當冷清。我的房間正對著泳池/酒吧區，所以晚上確實有點吵，好在旅館前台提供免費的耳塞，這才解決了問題。房間裡有獨立衛浴真是太好了，浴室的狀況也很好。旅捨地理位置優越，就在凱恩斯市中心，但作為一名獨自旅行的女性，我晚上在該地區旅行時感覺不太安全，所以務必注意這一點，並儘可能結伴出行。旅館內的旅行社樂於助人，而且平易近人。入住旅館意味著您可以在酒吧享受飲品折扣，並在晚上11點前免費進入俱樂部。我最終沒有參加工作日的主題之夜，但週末樓下的氣氛很棒。我強烈推薦吉利根旅館給所有想結識新朋友、體驗凱恩斯派對氛圍的年輕單身或團體旅行者，而且價格實惠！

Beautifully set rooms and lovely service, everyone was absolutely kind and they even went out of their way to put my bags in my room when I was running late for work
The fact they have a complimentary coffee machine that actually tastes great is rare!

三晚大約7萬日元。比其他酒店貴一點，但正如之前的評論所說，我的住宿體驗完美無瑕。
首先，房間很乾淨。對於一家海外飯店來說，這種清潔程度堪比日本的任何飯店。完全沒有不適感。
和其他評論一樣，我對毛巾更換服務不太確定。如果我把毛巾掛在毛巾架上，他們不會更換，所以或許我應該直接把它們放在地板上。
有一次，我晚上7點左右去洗澡，發現沒有熱水……可能是因為當時是高峰期。水溫勉強可以忍受（幾乎是冷的），所以我放棄了，直接進去了。我想這取決於時間。其他時候，我晚上10點左右去洗澡，熱水也很好。
衣櫃裡有一個保險箱，所以我可以把貴重物品放進去，然後繼續旅行。
有一台洗衣機和一台烘乾機。兩桶洗衣只需2美元，總共8美元。我帶了洗衣液，不過你可能在當地就能買到。
順便說一句，我沒看到有人在泳池裡游泳。
如果你要去凱恩斯，我建議你不要吝惜酒店費用。

可愛的酒店,位於濱海大道的另一端。酒店後面的寬闊的步行很好漫步,很容易到達市中心。Kudos給接待人員,Riccardo在我第一次到達時留下了非常好的第一印象。他在入住之前解釋了我需要知道的一切,然後在我看到他後的幾天裏,他對我提出的任何要求都非常有幫助。房間很大很寬敞,牀很舒服!!每當我看到他們外出一天時,客房服務人員也很友好。客房服務的食物很好吃。然而,自助早餐的選擇幾乎每天都是一樣的,希望可以有更多的品種。但總的來說,我在這裏仍然過得相當愉快(:

我們在這裡度過了蜜月！
當我們告訴他們這是蜜月時，他們竟然把葡萄酒和巧克力送到了我們的房間裡！
房間裡有一位日本員工，所以我們可以問一些用英語很難問的問題，這真是太好了！
所有員工都很友善，很有禮貌！
唯一遺憾的是房間感覺有點潮濕，淋浴間的設計也導致馬桶也會被弄濕。

我和朋友在這邊住了三天，每天晚上都有不同的社交活動，可以和來自不同地方的朋友一起玩桌遊、品嚐起司、啜飲紅酒以及享受烤香腸，不善交際的朋友還有店狗Spider 可以摸🐶
廚房設備齊全、鍋碗瓢盆都有，並且提供基礎的調味料，一整牆的冰箱，不用擔心買的食材因為住客多而放不下。早上還有供應簡單的吐司、抹醬、牛奶和茶包等作為早餐。
我住的是四人房，環境與共用衛浴都相當整潔、房間內也有冷氣，可惜床墊有些塌軟，房間隔音不算太好，深夜住客在泳池旁喧嘩笑鬧似乎也沒人制止，讓人很難入眠。

這家現代化的住宿地點位置極佳，週邊遍布餐廳、商店（布羅德海灘和太平洋購物中心）、美麗的海灘、草坪、足球場和燒烤區，非常方便。
泳池邊的躺椅是放鬆身心的好去處。
如果三溫暖和蒸氣室可以免費使用就更好了，不過健身房和室外水療中心（星光大廈）也足夠賽後恢復使用。
我們入住7天期間沒有需要客房清潔服務，如果能獲得一些抵扣額度就更好了，雖然退房時收到了兩張10澳元的代金券。
強烈推薦這家住宿。

But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room
Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to

I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10
Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming
She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues
Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room

訪訪客Have stayed here a few times now over time, and it has always been a good stay for the money. (Especially if you can find a good deal on Trivago etc!)
The hotel has had a couple of owner/management changes in recent years, so some reviews are now out of date. I've always found the staff to be friendly and the facilities to be great whenever I've stayed there.
Rooms and beds ARE slightly dated now, but still very comfortable and you still get a good nights sleep. Cleaner could be a bit more thorough (e.g. corners in bathroom and shower recess, in the room I had this time around anyway), but are generally pretty clean.
Location is great, as it is very quiet and away from the rat race of Central Surfers, and is very close to many of the theme parks and lots of shops and restaurants.
I recommend this hotel for any type of traveller, families or solo, for both a short, or long stay.
Due to the slightly dated beds and furniture (which are still good!), I won't give it 5 stars, but it is still great value for your money!

HHapppydaily未出發之前睇好多評語話酒店好舊，好污糟。 但係一去到感覺好好， 樓下好多商店，好方便。 房內望到沙灘，睇到好多人散步，跑步， 雀仔， 感覺好舒服。 有兩個廁所，兩間房，好大。 我住三晚，每日都有人執房。
有洗衣機乾衣機，好方便。
停車場可以直達房間樓層好方便！
我哋之後去住其他酒店，對比之下依間係最好的！

訪訪客因為WiFi訊號不太好，所以扣了一分，不過沒有WiFi也無所謂，幸好沒帶小孩。除了這一點，我的住宿體驗堪稱完美。地理位置、服務、保全、清潔度都無可挑剔，價格也不貴，而且我還省了不少菸（因為我懶得出門抽煙）。還有那張床！哇，床太舒服了！剛到的時候我還有些事要做，就躺了一會兒，結果半夜就醒了😬😮😁
以後一定還會再來的。

MMIKIHOUSE飯店位於市中心，出遊便利。飯店有免費泳池和健身房，讓我可以好好放鬆。一樓還有一家咖啡館，這點很棒。
不過，房間裡沒有免費的飲用水和牙刷套裝，有點遺憾。
除此之外，這家飯店真的很棒，住起來非常舒適。

JJi around the world我們之前在坎培拉的The Village旅舍住過，體驗相當不錯。這是我們第一次來凱恩斯，再次非常感謝他們的熱情款待！
旅館很大，房間也很寬敞，而且我們所需的一切都一應俱全（洗衣房、設備齊全的廚房、衛生間等等）。
雖然只是短暫的停留，但我們非常喜歡旅館離當地游泳池和夜市都很近！
從機場搭計程車到旅舍只需20分鐘（請注意，該地區沒有公共交通）。
我強烈推薦The Village旅舍，現在不妨試試他們其他的分店！

PPHILLIP JAMESThe Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.
