Over the dune, a hop skip and a jump from Harbour Island’s world famous Pink Sands Beach, on a quiet street, sits Kings Surf Shack – the new wave of surfing style. Kings Surf Shack is the epitome of laid back luxury. Kings Surf Shack is a hippy chic eco-friendly home with a palm tree filled garden and a turtle pond. Next to the master is the Surfer Girl Room with four poster queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is the Bunk Room with a fun barn wood fort for children to enjoy.Annexed to the main house is the Guest Suite with a king size bed, loft with two twin beds, ensuite bathroom, sitting room (with TV) and coffee station.Above the outdoor covered area is the Guest Cottage, with king size bed, TV, full kitchen with Big Chill Retro Yellow Appliances and balcony hanging over the pool.On top of the Guest Cottage sits a Crows Nest with fabulous Ocean Views and a king size day bed for sunbathing or stargazing.Under the Guest Cottage sits the mini gym with a Peloton Bike, Yoga Mats and a few free weights.Behind the Guest Cottage is an outdoor Shower and bathroom.The entire home is powered during the day by Solar Power. Seabreeze is an exceptional rental in a truly exceptional setting. This high-end luxury home with separate guest cottage can be booked either as a 3-bed/3-bath (for up to 6 people) or 5-bed/5-bath rental (for parties of 10). The price quoted here is for booking the main house only. If your party is more than 6 please ask for an updated quotation to include the guest cottage. The additional rental for the guest cottage is $500/ night. We have a single rate only for Xmas/New Year. The guest cottage is never rented out separately. We do try to be flexible on our minimum stay settings so it is ALWAYS worth asking if we can accommodate. For check-in or check-out on a Sunday we add a $200 supplement. The main house has 3 king ensuite bedrooms (sleeps 6).The guest cottage gives you an extra 2 bedrooms (1 king ensuite and 1 twin ensuite)The twin beds are trundle beds which gives us the option to pull out 2 more singles, although space will be limited. Sometimes we get requests to see if we can accommodate 11 or 12 - there is no additional charge but it just means we have the pull outs if needed.The property has a private dock and comes equipped with AC, reverse osmosis water, generator, cable, wi-fi, maid service, and many other amenities. The detached Guest Cottage offers an optional 2 further bedroom en-suites and a private outdoor sitting area which is under a pergola supporting a beautiful array of tropical flowering shrubs.Situated almost on the water's edge Seabreeze has its own private dock with slips to accommodate boats up to 120'. Please ask about dockage fees if you have a boat. Just a short 5-minute cart ride and you can be on the famous Pink Sands Beach where you can take a leisurely walk, jog, swim or just lay back and enjoy paradise. For the evening perhaps a recommended private chef could cook you a delicious supper of locally caught fish or lobster in your own kitchen.
