塞浦路斯拉納卡區設有無線網路的酒店

I booked a cheap hotel as I only needed it to sleep and shower in as I was out everyday. You pay for what you get. However the amount of stress caused on check in I was not prepared for. I understand reservations may not appear for many different reasons so I have more patience and understanding than most, however to be told on check in there’s a piece of scrap paper saying I’ve been moved to another hotel 40mins drive away, when I was told their was rooms available, with no proper documentation and I have to pay for the taxi and somehow claim it back from some person tomorrow, then met with a shoulder shrug when I said no just isn’t ok. I spent all evening trying to sort out the check in. Communication failed terribly in this occasion. I was left to sit and basically deal with my reservation myself for 4 1/2 hours talking to the company I booked with, not knowing If I was getting a room here or not and looking for other places to stay. To find out there was a problem with the payment, which if I was told from the beginning it could have been dealt with a lot quicker and reduced the stress of trying to be sent to another hotel, not knowing if they actually had my booking. A lot of reassurance points were missed. Which wasn’t a great start to my holiday. However on another note, This hotel has huge potential and I don’t think the owners realise. It just needs some some TLC, with its location being 5mins from the airport, the beach out side, ***** of restaurants 30 seconds away, volley ball, water sports on the beach out front and 2mins walk from the bus stop to larnaka centre (or 30/40min walk) and only a 5min walk to the salt lake. The actual hotel needs some love and work to it. With the partnership it has with last minute.com and potentially others, it could do really well and stand a very good chance in the market. Just some advice , Get the pool and upstairs bar fixed so it’s suitable for leisure guests when they come next summer. As it stands you wouldn’t be able to relax in the hotel during the day. The lobby area is lovely and spacious, the decorations and branding is simplistic which is nice. The outside of the hotel looks lovely with the huge flamingo. Do up the bedrooms, get the showers fixed, re paint, fix the door handles , make it look fresh like the photos advertised. When you get more guests coming , then focus on re designing the breakfast buffet, so there’s more of a selection. Then focus on customer service and making it feel warm. Let people aware you have made changes and ask the guests to leave reviews, better your chances of new business and more money. As people read reviews before staying. Look at the surrounding market and competition, what are your USP’s ?, where do you stand out?. It’s such a shame to see a hotel with potential go to waste. I hope the owners see this and start to put some love into the hotel.

住在那裏很滿意,關於酒店我一句話也說不出來。非常好的工作人員,不錯的地方,漂亮的游泳池,酒吧茶點價格優惠,外面吃飯的舒適區域。如果像我這樣的人,喜歡貓,那將是他們完美的酒店,因爲附近有當地關心的街頭貓,在綠色的地區,老鼠和蟲子都遠離。

Μια καλή επιλογή για ένα Ξενοδοχείο πάνω στην παραλία με μεγάλα και καθαρά δωμάτια! Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Η αλήθεια είναι πως θα περίμενα από ένα 4* Ξενοδοχείο να παρέχει οδοντόβουρτσα και οδοντόπαστα στα δωμάτια. Επίσης κάτι που με ενόχλησε ήταν η υπηρεσία καθαρισμού στις 14:30...!! Γυμναστήριο μικρό αλλά καθαρό και με ωραία θέα στην παραλία.

Very relaxing stay. The views from the room over the pool was great. It looks like almost every room has a nice view. The staff at reception are so helpful. The buffet breakfast was nice. The hotel was very clean. Only hiccup the gym is not well equipped with only one working treadmil and lots of guests using it.

Easyjet cancelled our flight & kept us waiting over 3 hours so it wasn't until after half 2 in the morning before we could get to our room, so might have been in a worse mood because of that. Upon checking in, we were given the key, the TV remote & AC remote (never been handed remote controls at reception before). Room was non-smoking but was enough evidence that it had not been refurbished since that rule had come in, with yellow around the corners of the rooms & on surfaces. Overall it was clean enough but was no 'wow' factor. Bathroom was standard, not great but clean. Bed was ok, I slept fine but my friend didn't like it. Not sure if it was due to the time of night we go to the hotel but we were not given any information regarding breakfast, so we missed that & had to find something ourselves. Fortunately, this hotel is a 2 min walk to the beach front, where there are a lot of bars & restaurants to relax in. This might be its only redeeming feature.

The perfect hotel for the religious Jew. The amenities were basic, but the service was very good and the location is right next to the chabad and they have minyans every day. Also there is a very helpful tour office down the block where you can rent bikes and also get guided tours. All in all, I had a very good experience at this hotel.

Last minute booking as we had tickets for the football and nearly all the hotels were fully booked. A very tidy city type hotel with nice bar area and a very good breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable and they even accommodated us with 3 single beds.

我已經是Accor的成員,我預訂了Mercure Larnaca Beach Resort。我的期望遠遠超過了。酒店剛剛開門,一切都完全新干淨!工作人員很努力,友好和熟練。說到底,丹尼斯在接待處,超級友好,專業。廚房裏瓦倫蒂娜是一個夢!另外,我還要提到服務員長黑髮 - 友好,總是開會的。總體而言,員工是頂級!酒店位置大約20分鐘離蘭納卡機場。它位於海灘上,有漂亮的波蘭設施。我們有404間房,很現代的裝修,大小一間普通的標準房間。酒店吃了三次晚上--很棒,很美味。酒店周圍有一些餐館和咖啡。超市離酒店2分鐘,可以推酒店,夏天我肯定會再來。10分10分-這樣度假就很有趣。

我們短暫地離開去了塞浦路斯並且在酒店待了4天。這裏的員工是我們評為五星級的原因,他們對我們簡直不能再好了而且他們工作是如此地非常努力,以確保你在這裡會感到很舒服。游泳池很棒,餐館和食物也非常棒。雖然有一個私人的集會在我們住的一個晚上,雖然這並不影響我們的旅行但是全體員工都非常歉意而且都出去了以確保不影響我們的居住,他們甚至給我們免費飲料!強烈推薦任何人住在這裏!

Last minute booking as we had tickets for the football and nearly all the hotels were fully booked. A very tidy city type hotel with nice bar area and a very good breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable and they even accommodated us with 3 single beds.

靠近海邊，給我的不是海景房，不過整體來說這個酒店位置不是看海景最好的地方。大牀是兩張牀拼在一起的 總體性價比還是okay的。

先說缺點位置有點難找，沒有停車場，陽台看不到風景衹有垃圾。再說優點，早餐很豐盛，周邊有各種飯店，去海邊或者老城逛街以及各景點非常方便，老城很小到哪都走路可到。

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο είναι μια τέλεια επιλογή για ξεκούραση και διακοπές. Το προσωπικό από τον πρώτο μέχρι τον τελευταίο είναι καταπληκτικό γεμάτο ευγένεια και εξυπηρέτηση. Η ποιότητα φαγητού είναι τέλεια. Το ξενοδοχείο προσφέρει τα πάντα με αποκορύφωμα την πισίνα. Ήσυχο μέρος μια τέλεια επιλογή για ξεκούραση και διακοπές. Μια επίσκεψη θα σας πείσει. Οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί ο κύριος Χριστός και οι κοπέλες στην υποδοχή σας βοηθούν άμεσα.

2017年我們已經很喜歡酒店,今年也是一切超棒!每年都要到金灣,又回到2023!食物和位置都很棒!一般環境有高的力!網球場也是!這張是必須預訂的,酒店客人可以免費使用!

My partner and I absolutely love this Hotel. From the moment you enter the reception, to taking your bags to your room, the cleanliness, friendly staff, amazing breakfast that has nothing missing, the closeness of the pool bar, the beach, the amenities, everything. We enjoy staying here for business and for pleasure. It is an all-rounder Hotel that offers everything anyone can desire without the airs and graces of the local pompus Hotels. We will come time and time again because we are made to feel at home.

个別前台员工工作态度有問題，打電話去詢問時态度很差，而且說谎，因為我不會講英文，我讓女兒打電話去拿一个剃鬚刀，但被告知酒店從來沒有剃鬚刀，我們告訴他前几日已經拿到過一個，只是想更新，但仍然態度蠻橫說酒店沒有剃鬚刀⋯⋯如此事情發生兩三次。 餐廳的員工工作態度好，待客熱情。

足夠大,可以給你所需的所有服務和設施,足夠小,你不會被客人數量過多。瓦倫蒂諾斯在到達之前和我們入住期間非常有幫助。接待處的法尼也非常有幫助。酒店一塵不染,每晚都打掃泳池。會推薦海景房,酒店另一邊的景色不怎麼樣。早餐品種不錯(西瓜很好吃)。房間很現代,空調效果很好,還有一台大小不錯的電視,雖然說英語頻道的選擇不多,但我們沒有去那裏看電視。非常大的大牀。不是最大的浴室,洗手池周圍區域不是很好,但不是問題。唯一不喜歡的是週末泳池有多忙(我們在那裏爲其中兩人服務)。酒店週末開放給非住客曬牀出租,非常繁忙,非常擁擠。最差的是迪斯科,聲音很大,從11.00am一直到4.00pm一直播放。也許坐在海灘上是不錯的時機!我建議去勒貝,只要在週日的時候,注意游泳池區域的擁擠狀況。

A very well deserving review. A lovely clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was perfect and the balcony had a pretty view. There was lots of entertainment at the weekend and the breakfast was great value. I would definitely recommend this place or stay again!

I stayed at Sveltos Hotel in Oroklini for a week in October together with a group of 8 who were visiting Cyprus for a cycling week. I was the only non-cyclist in the group. We arrived mid-evening, tired. Check-in was quick and easy and we were offered a welcome drink. My husband and I were given room 215. The room was modern, comfortable, spacious with ample storage space and plenty of room to set down our suitcases. There was a large wardrobe and some shelves. The room had air con, free Wi-Fi, tea/coffee making facilities, large bottle of mineral water (which was replenished each day), telephone, room safe, large wall mounted TV, mini fridge, ironing board (with iron available on request, I think). Most of the sockets in the room take English style plugs without the need of an adaptor. The room had a small balcony with a table and two chairs. The temperatures in October was around 30 degrees each day but our balcony was often in the shade which was just perfect. Our room faced the main road so was a little noisy during the rush-hour. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room facing the pool at the back. The bathroom was spacious and modern with a walk in shower, lots of shelf space to set down your bathroom bag, etc. There was a hairdryer and a few complimentary toiletries. The hotel’s public areas were modern and inviting. There was an indoor bar, outdoor bar (offering well-priced cocktails with happy hour each evening). There was a good sized pool and a children’s pool. There were ample loungers for sunbathing and a lot of tables and chairs outdoors for eating and drinking. There is a pool menu which was very good and well-priced. The restaurant is on the ground floor where we had breakfast each morning. There was an ample choice of hot and cold buffet. Dinner was €18 per person for three courses. We found that food portions in Cyprus were usually quite large. The hotel has a gym which was quite small but well stocked with a good selection of equipment. The hotel offers 2 or 3 excursions most days. I took 3 excursions during my stay and they were good and well-priced. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating of our group.
