「Great location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then. Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him. Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.」

「Absolutely beautiful hotel Sharon the hostess is Absolutely amazing she's very efficient so is thr other lady but I don't know her ne nothing is to much trouble for these ladies they work so hard the other lady is around Sharon's age and her and Sharon are always running around working and asking if everything is okay they are a credit to your hotel and thank you to all the people who work behind the scenes the chef and the domestics making sure everything is clean and tidy all these people are the backbone of the hotel」
