「Always have been an impressive one here.... Generally facility is tip top on point. But the service from staff seems to be degraded over time. My last visit in 2024 was much better where staff were more professional and on time. Asked for several things and they always kept me waiting and never came back. A staff was even still promoting the hotel asking for review on spot in the restaurant. I would not appreciate it this way.... A lot of things can be done better on this. The rest clean room and okish location. No complain on those it was still on point and good. Keep up the good maintenance... and pushing up some service skills for the team. I will still come agian :) Radisson generally are still good as of my personal opinion.」

「I recently stayed at Le Meridien. Had a wonderful experience. While I was there, I regrettably fell ill due to the weather, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me. Ms.Trusha brought me medicine and Mr.Umesh brought Indian herbal tea while I was at breakfast, which made a huge difference beyond that, the room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped, and the ground staff were incredibly professional. The location was superb, making it a truly outstanding stay.」
