The restaurant's service and quality are pretty bad. I was sitting in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes without any service during dinner time. About at least 30% of cousins are either empty or nearly empty. Based on the 5-star hotel, it is very poor service and quality.

Excellent hotel to stay nice comfortable room, friendly staff and roof top bar is amazing. Good Swimming Pool and gym. Breakfast spread is great. Thank you and will stay again.

出差去海得拉巴，說實話，這是我目前住過最舒服的酒店了，設施現代化，房間乾淨，和國內星際酒店差不多，不是那種老酒店，很棒，之後會經常住這家酒店，還有重要的是酒店自助晚餐499盧比，很好吃啊，那個雞肉辣的還蠻符合我中國人的胃，吃到現在，這個酒店的印度菜還可以接受，強烈推薦大家住。拍了兩張房間外麪的白天黑夜！我住的行政房在八樓可以看見海得拉巴！

Amazing location, room and food in addition to the service. Also took some additionla services and were served with a smile all the way. Amazing

The front office team provided with excellent room with view of lake, team welcome was amaxing. The housekeeping team was helpful in attending to any needs and so was IRD team. Rooms have been renovated it seems as co pared to previous stay, overall very good stay

The hotel is conveniently located for my daily travel to client's office. Service is good. Rooms is value for money.

離機場不遠。但是我因爲印度朋友開車所以沒有坐Uber或出租車移動 酒店很乾淨,房間也很寬敞。酒店前面有2車道道路擴建工程,雖然有點吵,但是施工結束後道路變寬的話,使用起來會更好。

一家令人驚歎的酒店,服務出色。主宮殿建築令人驚歎,歷史悠久。住宿包括免費旅遊,瑜伽,傳統音樂會和下午茶。晚餐很不錯,雖然貴,而且不能從外面點菜。但是,作爲特別的待遇,我很開心付錢,食物很棒。獲獎的食物。 熱情好客非常出色,所有工作人員都竭盡全力提供幫助。早餐時,有現場音樂,他們甚至給我提供了香檳早餐。免費的馬車抵達是一個額外的驚喜。 強烈推薦住這裏。有幸在印度各地住了幾家不同的泰姬陵酒店,這是我迄今爲止體驗過最好的一家,不想離開!

這家酒店入住環境都還可以，餐食也還OK，都沒有問題，印度的這種標準的酒店就是這個樣子，沒有什麼特別驚喜，嗯，普普通通的一家正常的酒店，還算可以了。就是離機場有點遠。
