位置極佳的漂亮酒店（步行 5 分鐘即可到達城鎮）我們住的是商務艙房間。大小合適，浴室和床都不錯，不過可以重新裝潢。早餐品質很高，有很多選擇。泳池面積很小，但桑拿/蒸汽房很不錯。停車費為每天 12 英鎊。

令人難以置信的住宿。工作人員很棒 - 特別是早餐工作人員。房間乾淨新鮮,早餐出世。他們還提供鴨子食物,早餐後喂天鵝和鴨子。當我們靠近電梯時,他們把我們搬到了安靜的房間。完全沒有問題。價格是驚人的5晚早餐。迫不及待想回來。

酒店的食物選擇較多。客人放鬆、工作或睡懶覺時,不應攜帶維修門或暖氣。有兩次,維修人員工作了幾個小時,破壞了我的住宿。非常非常噪音。

311第一安排的房間,馬桶蓋是壞的。而且隔壁房間是狗不停的叫。接待人員很快給我們重新安排了另一個房間,他們的態度真的很好。但是重新安排到223的房間在地下室,空氣流通真的不好,可以聞到走廊裏濃濃的寵物味。而且可以看到3樓電梯大堂有狗屎。說實話,他們正在做狗展,但他們組織得不太好,以避免所有的不便。對於那些不期待這些場景的客戶來說,這並不公平。

我和女朋友在泰瑟靈頓住得很開心。唯一不滿意的是食物,收到食物花了大約1個小時,還被告知了廚房關閉時間的不同信息。可能我們可以按時下單,但有人在我們之後服務無法。似乎我們參觀的那天,廚房工作人員要麼人手不足,要麼有其他問題。櫃檯後面的工作人員看上去沒有經驗,只有1或2人知道該做什麼,儘管他們已經做太多了,無法協助。從他們的花園看出去的景色很棒,在他們的高爾夫球場上。

到達前台30分鐘等待,因爲很多人試圖預訂,只有兩個前台接待員在桌子上,其中一個正在處理問題。這破壞了我們休息的開始。當我們到達餐廳上方的房間時,我們發現4133房間已經過時,衣櫃上的單板脫落。這不是我們從我們讀過的評論中預期的。參考休閒綜合游泳池。很乾淨,但我們沒有發現如何操作儲物櫃的指示,不得不等到有人進來。早餐和酒吧區都很棒。一般都很失望。

非常好的酒店，離 chester 市中心車程 10 分鐘，有寬大的停車場，停車位充足。房間寬敞，床墊和枕頭都很舒服。酒店早餐是傳統的英國酒店早餐，環境和餐食都不錯。chester 是一個歷史悠久的美麗小鎮，逛一逛在這個酒店休息很舒服

這家旅館太棒了🏨，員工也棒極了，他們竭盡全力滿足您的所有需求。我不明白為什麼有人要對這家酒店發表負面評論，還要拍下他們在房間裡發現的任何瑕疵。這是一家歷史悠久的飯店，雙人房每晚僅需41英鎊。這些抱怨的人真是太沒品了，別再像個無底洞一樣到處拍照了，醒醒吧，說到底，這只是一張用來睡覺的床而已。如果您想要像勞瑞藝術中心那樣的體驗，那就去付勞瑞藝術中心的價格。這家飯店的泳池也比麗笙飯店好，而且就在機場旁邊，如果您要去度假，這裡是理想之選。即使您只是去曼徹斯特市區，公共交通（火車、巴士）也很方便。從清潔工、酒吧服務員到經理，所有員工都非常出色。酒吧和餐飲的價格也很合理，他們也接待家庭和寵物等等。所以，🙏請停止抱怨，好好享受您的假期吧！五星級好評🌟一路感謝大家，我一定會再回來的！克里斯蒂娜·愛爾蘭🇮🇪 瘋狂🤪 女士❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘

訪訪客I took my wife here for her 60th, amazing staff receptionist charlotte was warm and knowledgable, very kind giving us a token due to birthday. The infinity pool is amazing warm clean, Shrigley would make much more money if they served drinks while in the pool, but we would still be there now. The rooms are adiquate they are clean, the shower's are amazing, Dinning for evenning meal again was excellent, the service is 11/10 and I have been in a number of Spa the meal cost were really well priced with excellent food. Breakfast in the morning self service again pleanty to choose from and again tasty with great choice. It is a amazing spa with the ability toplay gold or have a number of treatments, and well priced, I will return there

DDrVicThe location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around. In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two. This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby. We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed. In terms of things that could do with improvement: Cleanliness The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection. The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus. Service Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way. Facilities The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side. There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered. Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.
