Accueil très chaleureux. Hôtel a 20 minute à pieds du front de mer et des tour icônes nique de kuweit. Personnel très arrangeant, late check out, navette aéroport, conciergerie pour les bagages.

I had an incredible experience at the hotel thanks to the outstanding service from Nayab Shaik. Despite my late check-in at 4 AM, Nayab was incredibly welcoming, understanding, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable after a long journey, providing me with a great room and making the process seamless. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant one. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about guests' comfort, and Nayab’s hospitality stands out.
