菲律賓中米沙鄢設有Wi-Fi的酒店

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

有幸入住蔡酒店及公寓,這是一次值得注意的體驗。從我到達的那一刻起,熱情的工作人員和無縫的入住流程爲愉快的住宿奠定了基調。位置優越,靠近主要景點,餐飲場所和購物區,使其非常適合休閒和商務旅客。 房間完美無瑕,現代傢俱結合舒適和功能。牀鋪豪華而誘人,確保了一夜好眠。我特別讚賞寬敞的浴室和滿足各種需求的基本設施的可用性。Wi-Fi連接快速可靠,這是保持連接的絕佳選擇。 酒店的公共區域,包括大堂和用餐空間,維護良好,散發出精緻而舒適的氛圍。早餐選擇多樣,美味,當地和國際菜餚,吸引所有口味。內部餐廳工作人員很細心,確保了愉快的用餐體驗。 真正使蔡酒店的與衆不同的是卓越的服務。工作人員超越一切,以確保我的住宿舒適和愉快,總是以熱情的微笑迎接我,並願意協助任何請求。 雖然一切都接近完美,但一個小的改進可以加強房間的隔音,以阻止偶爾的街道噪音。儘管如此,這並沒有顯著降低我的整體體驗。 我強烈推薦蔡酒店和公寓給任何訪問該地區的人。它提供物超所值,黃金地段和無可挑剔的服務,保證了難忘的住宿。我期待着下次旅行回來!

位置就在阿羅娜海灘附近，很方便。早餐算不上優秀，但潛水，你知道的，會讓人味口大開，所以偏向韓式，可選餘地不大的早餐，挺挺好！酒店的設施與國內新開的酒店相比稍稍顯舊，隔音也稍有問題。我們全家都住得比較滿意，前台也貼心地提醒我們換到了位置更好的房間。點贊！

飯店的員工有禮細心，我們十分幸運的在提前到達的情況下，不只提前入住還獲得了房間的升等。 唯一有點煞風景的是飯店有幾處似乎在整修，也有幾次看起來曾經有漏水還在修補中，確實是美中不足了。 飯店內有幾間餐廳，我們嘗試了覺得早餐和洞穴酒吧都很不錯，不過要注意，飯店再稍為偏僻的地方，（走出去附近的餐廳很少）一望無際的泳池和海灘實在舒壓，有提供免費的兒童遊戲室，也有定時的活動可以參與。 最感謝的是我在深夜時間因小孩突然發高燒尋求櫃檯的幫助，飯店立刻請了他們的護理師來協助，才讓我放下心來！ 因為他們的服務和風景，我還是很願意再次到訪。

地點偏遠，不過飯店是有 當地叫tuktuk 車(其實就是Tricyle) $400，有大型行李也可以飯店派旅行車接送費用另計$1700，飯店有提供機車租賃或是包車行程服務喔，因為我是租車自駕所以其它費用可以詢問飯店，有免費停車但超過10點飯店人員會關門請他們開或是自行打開都可，好處因為偏遠所以安靜，當天入住都是歐洲旅客還好沒開趴所以沒感覺到吵，吐嘈那個門鎖真的很爛每次出去要鎖轉半天鎖不上..建議換一個鎖頭..，建議真的要放鞋架外面沒鞋架不知擺哪...，因為去年底才新開的所以設施都很新，房間沒有蚊蟲螞蟻除非你沒馬上關門，床不軟也不硬非常好睡，冷氣是大金空調非常安靜夠冷很好，這家除了牙膏牙刷其它需自備，完全沒有附，冰箱飲料除了水其它全都要付費喔！，淋浴排水不良容易堵住，熱水我看外面屬於太陽能熱水器所以熱水供應比較慢大約開2-3分鐘後水溫才變熱，房間衣架非常少只有附2個，插頭很多非常適合充行動電源跟手機的我們，有簡易酒吧，泳池水都很乾淨，服務生定期都會清掃，不過感覺到留守人員沒幾個白天2個晚上固定1位，早餐不錯都是當天早上做選擇不多但至少有飯後水果， 餐點味道非常棒，不管西式菲式都很可以，這價位住到這種環境物超所值

這次入住宿霧文華飯店，整體來說算是不錯的體驗。飯店位置蠻好的，生活機能方便，附近就有Mall（好逛也很多餐廳可以選擇）。 不過飯店大廳比較小，第一次去的時候可能會有點不好找，加上周邊道路偏窄，開車進出需要稍微注意。 服務人員都非常熱情友善。入住時需要支付押金，每晚每間房約 2,000 披索。房間的床非常大，睡起來很舒服，這點我很喜歡。 但隔音效果不太好，晚上容易聽到外面的聲音。另外浴室設備稍微老舊，淋浴水壓不穩、水量忽大忽小，排水孔排水效果也不佳，洗澡時容易積水。 晚間飯店對面會有一些特殊行業人士聚集，也會有小朋友來要錢，建議晚上出入要多留意安全。 整體來說，如果重視地點與大床舒適度，這間飯店還是不錯的選擇；但對於隔音與浴室設備較要求的人，可能需要多考慮一下。

飯店的游泳池壞了一陣子，房間的大小不算大，臨櫃時櫃檯人員面銷海景房double bed需要再增加2400披索的費用, 沙灘的游泳池距離飯店步行大約8分鐘，有一個無邊際的游泳池，還有一個海邊的沙灘，不過礁石相當多要注意一下安全，浴室的水溫很低，大概只有35度，櫃檯人員相當忙碌，整個飯店多數為韓國的旅客。

這間豪華海景特大床房是我們整個行程裏訂得最貴的一間房，本以為能享受到五星級奢華酒店該有的品質，結果卻換來了一肚子氣，成了體驗最差、最讓人寒心的一間！房間硬件底子雖然沒問題，但這家酒店的入住流程和服務管理簡直是一場災難。在明知房間嚴重延遲交付、讓客人面臨超長等待的情況下，現場員工表現得極其冷漠。我們累到在正規大堂裏蹲下，那麼多工作人員竟然當沒看見，沒有任何尊重的關懷，連一句安撫、一杯歡迎飲料都沒有。一個打着高端奢華旗號的酒店，基本的服務意識卻連普通服務業都不如。房間好那是硬件，但如此差勁的服務直接毀了整個入住心情。絕對不會再來，提醒注重服務體驗的朋友千萬避坑！

他們比上次改進了很多，房間外有飲水機，有電梯，盤子裡的免費早餐份量有限，但還可以，他們沒有在房間裡提供水壺，因為他們說他們外面有飲水機，可以提供熱水，雖然沒有新燒開的水那麼熱，我試圖租一個，但非常昂貴，每天 150 菲律賓比索，在我看來，收取這麼多費用非常昂貴。除此之外，工作人員非常樂於助人且彬彬有禮，房間乾淨，空間有限，尤其是浴室，但還可以。

床硬實解乏。就是運氣不好，被安排的房間轟隆隆吵死了，不是車多，是酒店頂部的什麼設備一刻不停地產生巨大噪音，我們這一片的房間估計都受影響。 太累了，躺下就不想動了，懶得找前台調換房間，一夜倒也休息得不錯。
