My Guangxi Beihai, Weizhou Island, Guilin, Yangshuo Trip

Day 1: Daxing Airport - Beihai After landing, take a taxi to the hotel to drop off luggage. Bought a seafood set meal for 120 yuan for two, with shrimp and fish, very delicious. Rest at the hotel, then take a taxi to Beihai Old Street to stroll around - taxi to Zixia Bay (Photo 1️⃣) to watch the sunset - taxi to Qiaogang Style Street (dinner). Afterwards, head to Beihai Silver Beach Fountain Light Show, starting at 8:00 PM in November. Day 2: Beihai Hotel - Pier - Weizhou Island - Weizhou Island Hotel Early morning at Beihai Silver Beach to watch the sunrise and catch sea creatures. Check out of the hotel at 11:00 AM, take a taxi to the pier to board the boat to Weizhou Island (ticket check and boarding half an hour before departure). Boat ticket 150 yuan per person per trip, island entry fee 98 yuan. After disembarking, walk straight to the parking lot and contact the hotel for pick-up service at the pier. Put luggage in the room, rent a small electric scooter for 30 yuan/day to tour: Crocodile Mountain Park (1-2 hours, requires climbing), Shiluokou Beach, Dishui Danping, Blue Bridge, Catholic Church, watch the sunset at Wucai Beach (Photo 2️⃣) (electric scooter island tour). In the evening, ride the scooter to the seafood market on Nanwan Street to buy seafood, which can be cooked at nearby restaurants or hotels. Day 3: 11.24 Monday Weizhou Island Hotel - Beihai - High-speed Rail - Guilin City If time permits in the morning, rent a small electric scooter for an island tour. Check out at 12:00 PM, have a meal, then take a taxi from the island port to the high-speed rail station, then taxi to the hotel for check-in and rest. Day 4: Guilin At 9:00 AM, take a taxi from the hotel to Dongli Ancient Village (Photo 3️⃣) (intangible cultural heritage ancient village experience, suitable for children) - then taxi to Lingchuan Ocean Township to see the ginkgo trees (Photo 4️⃣) (China’s number one ginkgo township). In the afternoon, take a taxi directly to Elephant Trunk Hill (Photo 5️⃣). To see the city panorama and sunset, go to Chuanshan Park (requires climbing). At night, visit the Sun and Moon Twin Towers (night view). Day 5: Guilin Hotel - Qianli Jiangshan Scroll - Yangshuo Hotel - Yulong River Rafting Check out early at 9:00 AM, take a taxi directly from Guilin hotel to Yangshuo hotel (recommended to stay on West Street). You can add a stop at Qianli Jiangshan Scroll Scenic Area for photos and check-in (Photo 6️⃣). Arrive at the hotel by 12:00 PM to drop off luggage and rent a small electric scooter (6 km ride). Pass through the Ten-Mile Gallery to enjoy the scenery, about 20-30 minutes to the comprehensive pier. Park the scooter and take the sightseeing bus to the starting point, Shui E Di Pier, for Yulong River rafting (Photo 7️⃣) (highly recommended Shui E Di - comprehensive pier section, with 4 dam rushes, the most beautiful scenery. During the first dam rush, staff will help take photos. After rafting, photos are displayed at the exit; if you like them, 20 yuan per photo, printed and laminated, also available in electronic version for saving (Photo 8️⃣). Tickets can be grabbed on WeChat at 8 PM the night before. If tickets are unavailable, the alternative is Jima Pier - comprehensive pier). In the evening, take a different route on the electric scooter back to West Street, with optional stops (Yulong River Scenic Area’s popular small train). Enjoy the sunset scenery along the way and see beautiful wheat fields. Day 6: Explore and Eat in Yangshuo Early morning, take a taxi or rent a car to Jiuma Mountain Painting, then go down to the Li River bank to play in the water (Photo 9️⃣). On the way back, navigate to Guiying Travel Photography; downstairs opposite is a 20 yuan check-in spot, and further ahead is a photo viewing platform (Photo 11). Continuing back is Xingping Ancient Town, where you can find a restaurant with a rooftop to eat. Travel is freedom, a beautiful meal (Photo 12). If time allows, you can also visit Xianggong Mountain and others.
