Chenzhou, a city that seems to be constantly stuck in traffic

There is also a Bailang spot inside the Xiaodongjiang scenic area, but we went to another free Bailang. You can navigate to Bailang Pier. After arriving, you can rent a small electric bike, but there is no dedicated bike lane, which is a bit dangerous. Silly us navigated wrong and first went to Changying Pier, then took a taxi from Changying Pier to Bailang Pier, enjoying the scenery along the way. Gaoyiling is entered and exited from the south gate. Climbing from the south gate has almost no shade, so be sure to wear sun protection. However, for a casual climb, we only reached Maozi Peak? It took 4 hours at a very slow pace, mainly because we were taking photos, haha. Transportation: The distances between scenic spots are quite far. If your driving skills aren’t strong, it’s recommended to take taxis, haha. Self-driving is not recommended. Chenzhou’s traffic, ummm, seems to always be jammed or have accidents. Leaving at 9 a.m., there was a traffic jam and a four-car chain collision. Returning at 2 or 3 p.m., there was another traffic jam and a three-car collision. Coming back at 7 p.m., still traffic jams, and a motorcycle crashed into a small car. Food: Gaozi Roast Chicken, Liwu Spicy Hot Pot, Bailutang Pig Slaughter Rice Noodles, Fish Rice Noodles. Strongly recommend the Pig Slaughter Rice Noodles—I ate it three times.
