You can't say you've been to Copenhagen if you haven't tried Hart (just kidding). It seems like you can find Hart everywhere in this city, and every branch is packed with people. When I arrived in the afternoon, the bread and pastry display case was almost empty, so I ordered the last Croissant Dough. The outer layer was crispy like a croissant, while the inner vanilla custard was smooth, sweet but not cloying, and the vanilla aroma was simply irresistible. It was absolutely delicious!
