"Where the forest ends and the stream begins, a mountain appears..." I never imagined I'd actually reach it when I memorized that poem. My "Shangri-La" begins in Mingshi Pastoral Area, Chongzuo. Passing through a verdant field, "Mingshi Longgan Village" unfolds before you: villagers live along the river, the elderly and children alike, content and at ease. No one picks up lost items, and doors are left unlocked at night—this isn't just an ancient legend, but everyday life here. Even more wonderful is that my "thatched cottage" faces this Shangri-La painting. The morning mist spreads like ink on rice paper, and the old oxen returning home at dusk are like lively ink dots in the painting. A short walk leads to "Xita Restaurant," Chongzuo's most beautiful restaurant, where you can dine amidst its exquisite design, or to "Yulin Dam" to wade in the clear water. A short stay here washes away all worldly anxieties with the flowing water. If you ask where the entrance is, I can only point to the painted mountains and clouds; the rest is for you to discover.
