The beautiful island just outside Tokyo

江ノ島 - Enoshima About an hour and a half outside the buzz of Tokyo is Enoshima. A place that doesn’t really feel like it exists. In the morning you’re on a packed train, listening to the announcements, watching people go to work. And by lunchtime you’re climbing up the stairs to a temple at the top of an island, with a view of Mount Fuji. Incredible food vendors all over the island, sushi, oysters, Hawaiian food, Filipino food. Definitely won’t be hungry. On the back of the island are some caves you can take a tour in, or a rock beach to sit and enjoy the view. Take photos and watch the sunset. #mountainview #island #summervacation #beaches
