However, be forewarned—if you wish to enjoy the rides, you must reserve them a day in advance. Trust me, you don’t want to end up wandering among the enchanting, yet similar, ice buildings, feeling chilly and unoccupied. I was genuinely looking forward to the rides and am still eager to experience them, especially the world’s longest ice slide, which has received rave reviews. The mall features a selection of restaurants, but it’s always bustling as visitors flock there to warm up. So, dress warmly, bring a good camera to capture the magic, and immerse yourself in the wonder of the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival.
