The picturesque Zhaoxing Dong Village

Went to Zhaoxing Dong Village for the weekend. The environment in the village is truly picturesque, like a paradise. The Dong people are hardworking, skillful, honest, and kind. Some say it is heavily commercialized, but wandering through the quaint village, you see elders selling handmade sachets and local specialties, or unique earrings and fridge magnets in the shops, making the stroll more interesting. When you get hungry, you can enjoy a bowl of oil tea, glutinous rice wrapped in leaves, or sour soup fish—everything is just perfect. Spent two days here, stayed in the mountain village, experienced the local life, and it felt very comfortable. I will definitely come again next time.
