Victory Star Village Creative Living Park

Victory Star Village Creative Living Park is located in the East District of Tainan. Originally built in the 1950s as the Air Force's 'Victory New Village' military dependents' housing, it is one of the most well-preserved American-style military villages in Taiwan. After its renovation in 2019, the park retained its low-rise houses, tree-lined avenues, and red brick arcades, while introducing cultural and creative shops, cafes, craft workshops, independent bookstores, and live streaming studios. Now home to over 60 unique stores, the park offers a literary and artistic atmosphere during the day and romantic lighting at night. It also hosts monthly weekend markets and outdoor concerts. The retro military housing walls have become a popular spot for Instagram photos, earning it the reputation of being 'Tainan's most chill nostalgic cultural and creative park,' where visitors can feel as if they've traveled back in time.
