Ruyuan in Shaoguan is a really nice place

Yunmen Temple and Yunmen Mountain are definitely worth visiting. The cloud coaster and rafting on Yunmen Mountain are so much fun. We bought a combo ticket directly on Douyin. I recommend hiking up from the main entrance instead of taking the cable car; it’s only about a 1-kilometer walk. The sightseeing bus costs 5 yuan per person and isn’t worth it. The attractions themselves are quite good. Yunmen Temple is even more worth visiting. The 5 yuan entrance ticket covers a pretty large area, though we didn’t walk very far. Yunmen Temple is the birthplace of the Yunmen sect, one of the five major branches of Chinese Buddhism. A treasure travel destination worth visiting many times!
