First stop: Shenyang! Unlocking the romance of my Northeast China trip!

So many of you ladies have been asking me for updates lately! 😆 Where have you been lately? Sisters, my best friend and I have just embarked on a trip to Northeast China! The planning was a bit rushed, but we both firmly chose Shenyang as our first stop! We had four days of "blind box" experiences: the morning market, the Forbidden City's red walls, barbecue… If you're thinking of traveling, you can join me and explore Shenyang in four days! 🚀 📅Day 1️⃣: Xiaoheyan Morning Market (tofu pudding, fried cakes 🔥 highly recommended) → Shenyang Imperial Palace → Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence (Young Marshal 👍🏻) → Shenyang Zhongjie → Toutiao Hutong (unbeatable variety of snacks) · Day 2️⃣: Liaoning Provincial Museum → Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Museum (IMAX GT laser cinema for science films, incredibly enjoyable 👨‍🔬) → Xita Food Street (cold noodles, rice cakes, grilled eel, grilled pork belly…unbeatable!) · Day 3️⃣: Shenyang Expo Park → Laobeishi (intangible cultural heritage crafts, local snacks, wonderful performances, great night view 👍🏻) · Day 4️⃣: China Industrial Museum (the steel backbone is impressive ❗) → Check out my favorite time-honored brands (Lao Bian Dumplings, Li Lianguan Smoked Meat Pancakes, Ma Jia Shaomai) → Experience bathing culture! 🍜 Shenyang's food is absolutely amazing! These are the most memorable dishes I ate during my four days here, definitely worth a try for kids! 🥰 1️⃣ Chicken frames (try them mixed, grilled, and stir-fried!) 2️⃣ Grilled skewers (get them spicy, so fragrant and satisfying!) 3️⃣ Recommended main dishes: Lao Bian dumplings, cold noodles, smoked meat pancakes, and Ma Jia shumai. Xita, Wen'an Road, and Caita Night Market are foodie hotspots! 😋 💎 Useful Tips: 1. Transportation: Most attractions are along subway lines, very convenient! 🤗 2. I recommend staying near Zhongjie Street. It's within walking distance of attractions like Shenyang Imperial Palace and Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence, and there's a wealth of food options nearby. If you prefer a quieter environment or are traveling with children, consider hotels near Beiling Park! 📣 Shenyang is truly a seriously underrated gem of a city! Don't hesitate any longer, make Shenyang the starting point of your Northeast China trip – you're sure to have an unforgettable experience!
