A two-night stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Shenzhen (Marriott Platinum member perspective)

This time I stayed for two consecutive nights at the Courtyard by Marriott Shenzhen Liantou Oriental Hotel as a platinum member. The overall feeling was "a city business hotel beyond expectations". Rooms and Views • Ascended to a high floor, looking out to a whole row of tall buildings and city views, open views but a relatively quiet environment. • The room is a relatively new design, with wooden floors and warm lighting. Design and Equipment • The sleeper is soft with mid-band support, plenty of pillow selection, quite comfortable for two nights of sleep, and ideal sound insulation. • The room has a long sofa + round table, office/takeaway is very convenient, TV and wall design are quite modern and concise. Bathrooms and spares • Bathroom used marble style, shower and rain shower, stable water pressure, ok drainage. • The washbasin countertop is large enough, has plenty of storage space, is quite easy to use, and the overall cleanliness is reassuring. Member Perks and Details • Being a Marriott Platinum, there is preparedness to welcome fruit and small cakes that, while not luxurious, feel the basic perks. • The check-in and check-out process is smooth, the front desk recognizes membership, and the service attitude is naturally unpretentious. Overall evaluation • For a business-oriented Courtyard, the room hardware and design reached even slightly above the brand average. • This would be a willing return visit if you have to stay a night before or after a nearby event or border crossing. #November Good Places 2025
