A Little Note on Xi'an

Day 1. Experienced Xi'an-style makeup and discovered my own beauty even more. Unlike the assembly-line style in other cities, it doesn't make you look older; every girl was made to look truly beautiful. The "Chang'an Food Street" at Tang Paradise is pretty good, especially loving the rice noodles and barley jelly. Day 2. Terracotta Warriors of Qin Shi Huang + Lishan Park Learned history I didn’t know before, felt the power of authority and the excellence of technology. The impressive rich and handsome guys and lucky stars, plus the guide’s frequent use of idioms like "split up," "common folk," and "weighing pros and cons," also made me appreciate Qin Shi Huang’s extraordinary talent. Day 3. Big Wild Goose Pagoda + Daci'en Temple + Shuyuanmen Pedestrian Street Actually, these attractions are close to each other. The moment I entered Daci'en Temple, my heart instantly calmed down—truly peaceful. I sincerely prayed to Buddha for a safe return home. At the temple entrance, I did good deeds by helping take photos and offering emotional support, which earned me praise from a nearby gentleman who then asked me to take his photo. Although I only briefly walked through Shuyuanmen Pedestrian Street, I could still feel its uniqueness. I asked a Taoist priest to write a few bookmarks, watched some live paintings, and ate biangbiang noodles 🍜 from a trendy spot whose slogan is "By the power of Biang." Summary The happiest moment was meeting my bestie. We had a heart-to-heart talk, shared girls’ secrets, encouraged each other, and witnessed each other’s growth along the way. Nothing is more joyful than this. We couldn’t leave the hotel before midnight every day—it was truly healing! There are still people in this world who love me so much! Also, Xi'an locals are really warm-hearted—every passerby, every driver, every guide. A simple city with a rich historical heritage.
