Landed at 10:30 AM, one-day trip with no backtracking 1️⃣ Breakfast/Lunch: Unnamed Beef Shank + Zhongpin Laofang Potstickers The beef shank was incredibly tender, not fishy at all, and very juicy. I highly recommend the cuttlefish and seafood potstickers; the sweet bean curd was especially addictive—I fell in love with it the first time I tried it! 2️⃣ Yinyu Lane: Many small boutiques, the streetscape is beautifully decorated, perfect for those who love shopping and taking photos. It's quite fun to stroll around. 3️⃣ Zhongshan Road: You can walk there directly from Yinyu Lane; it's very close. I bought some Shandong-style large cup tea from Ashui. The apple, pear, and jasmine tea was just okay, but still pretty good. 🍰 Ruby's chestnut cake was delicious! The creamy chestnut filling paired perfectly with the cake base—no wonder it's a bestseller. 4️⃣ Catholic Church: There's a flight of stairs on the slope to the left of the church; sitting there makes for great photos. There's a large cultural and creative shop opposite the church; you can check it out. 🖐🏻Lu Xun Park—Qinyu Road—Xiaoqingdao Park You can experience Qingdao's coastal scenery on foot the whole way; it's chill and romantic. However, this road gets very crowded on weekends, especially during the recent Christmas season; Qinyu Road is practically impassable. Xiaoqingdao has a Jazz Town this year with many shops selling souvenirs; prices are a bit high, so just go and take some photos. You'll pass the Naval Museum along the way; if you have enough time, you can go in and explore—it's quite large. 6️⃣Taidong Snack Street: Read reviews carefully to avoid being ripped off. The kimchi and stinky tofu are okay; I really liked their soup. 💣Rushan Oysters. There's a huge oyster stall at the entrance, selling 5 for 20 yuan—they're very small, smelly, and black, completely different from the ones displayed on the counter. Don't go there! Fu Xishan Korean Noodles are delicious! You can taste the smooth texture of the noodles, and the flavor is unique; the kimchi is the soul of the dish! Double Happiness Mom's Braised Pig Trotters - the pig trotters are stewed until very tender. I love eating them dry-mixed, slightly spicy and incredibly fragrant, with crushed peanuts inside. If this were downstairs from my house, I would eat it every day.
